Spent a quiet and an uneventful evening with the wife at this location. Can't ask for anything more. Well appointed room with comfortable double beds, sheets and pillows (3). Stayed here three nights for my daughters graduation from FSU. Had two small dogs and hotel is very pet friendly. They have a dog walk area but there is no walkway in the grass, so you have to dodge the waste that inconsiderate owners have left who don't pick up after their dogs. staff was very nice and helpful and the rooms and the grounds were very clean however very outdated.. Was not impressed with the breakfast everything was pre packaged not fresh. I really do think I could have found something much better for the same price.. not impressed at all

Really didn't have high expectations due to the reviews. I wasn't grossed out, the sheets and linens were clean, and the carpets weren't stained. I never felt unsafe and the service was very good.
