The location is great, the people are nice but there are too many problems.

This is the second time I stayed there. The first time they had no hot water, but said it was a temporary problem. Based on that I decided to stay there again. This time they had hot water but it was impossible to get the shower in either bathroom warm enough. The controls were just not working in either bathroom even though the hot water in the sink was fine.

The room was not cleaned properly; when I checked in the towels in the the bathroom were folded very nicely but were very obviously used. There were pins ( I guess from a shirt?) on the night table, bulbs were missing and if the cleaning lady came around when I was getting ready to leave (at about 9:00 AM) and I asked her to come back she would leave but never come back. No towels, no empty the trash nothing for the entire day. I was not in the room from 9 AM until 11 PM some days but she never came back!
