Room was clean, neat and ready on time. Staff was helpful: printed boarding pass for me and answered all my questions. Breakfast was adequate: danish, fruit, dry cereal, juice drink (not juice), bagels, English muffins, coffee, tea. Excellent value, especially for visiting people in Sun City Center. This a nice, "nothing special", basic motel. Older, but clean, quiet and well kept. Convenient to shopping , dining, and I-75. Great place to stay while visiting residence of the area. more

This is a basic older, two-story motel built around a central courtyard and renovated fairly recenlty. Because they allow golfers such a late checkout time, no room was ready for us until 5pm. This is the place to stay for convenience when visiting residents of the retirement community, Sun City Center, FL. Perhaps if you're a golfer, this motel would be more to your liking, since it does have a Ben Sutton (whoever he is) golf school. However, neither us nor our visitees are golfers. After a horrible experience at a nearby property we contacted the Sun City Center Inn at the very last minute and it was just wonderful. Great service, lovely room, and wonderful location. We'll stay there again! We had a baby with us and it was like having grandmas everywhere--Winnie the Pooh blanket and sheets were a definite plus! more

This was the Best place I ever stayed. I just loved it. The people were soooo NICE.We are going to stay there again this December. Wouldn't stay any where else. more
