Stayed there last week. Did not get to enjoy all of the amenities as we were on a school/business trip, however I can say that the staff was awesome and very friendly. we did have a little time to enjoy the pool. our site was level and I did not have to use ant leveling blocks on our 32' motorhome.... I'll be completely honest with you, worst camping spot I've ever been to in my life. There is no soft ground for tents only. Please do your self a favor and keep looking before you book here. I have no interest of coming to the location ever again. Biggest let down of the whole trip. We had to go buy... More

Disappointed in the upkeep of the park. Long time campers with a lot of "stuff", stuffed everywhere . Would not even rate the showers and BR, IN DIRE NEED OF UPDATING. Trash area overflowing, need more frequent trash pick up. WiFi may be free, but no connection, must be a hot spot. The office staff nice. This is really not... More

First time to the Keys and glad we stayed at Lazy Lakes RV resort! Rented an RV that had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We flew in from the North so we didn't have any of our camping necessities. The RV was clean and had most everything we really needed. Anything else was available in the office store... More

We arrived at this camp ground at about 10 pm on a saturday night exhausted, with no place to sleep, and a few dollars short of the fee to camp. We ended up sleeping in the car, and they let us camp even though we were short on money. We had a long drive ahead of us the next day,... More

We are staying here for a night. Like everyone says it is a no frill campground. We booked over the phone for a tent site. Do not book a tent site! Pay the extra money for a hookup site whether you will use it or not. The tent sites sit on a rocky path between a marsh and the lake.... More

Experiences can vary, but I must say that this has been one of my favorite places to camp on our trip around the US. The staff has been nothing but courteous and attentive, even offering to help us back in. The sites are small, but who would expect on a micro island to have a huge piece of real estate?... More

Nice campground, but à little bit depending which spot you get. We had à spot at the water, with shade, it Gents really hot here. The only disturbing thing was the no see um's, nasty little musquitos, lots of them. Take your repellent with you when you go outside. Showers little bit old And dirty, but What can you expect... I stayed there with my girlfriend for just one night in june 22, 2013. The staff is very friendly. I asked for a site with shade in front of the lake and that's exactly what I got. The view was amazing, the lake is very nice. The bathrooms were ok, they could be a little cleaner but it was acceptable... More
