We were very happy with our stay at Surgarloaf Key KOA. Stayed over the New Year holiday and there were a lot of tent campers but the campgrounds are nice as well as the staff. The bathrooms were a little out dated but I think they were getting for some remodeling. Was told how easy it was to use the... More

This is our second year staying at the Sugarloaf KOA. This campground is always family friendly and great when we go. Kids can swim in the pool after a day of boating and we can dock our boat on-site. Bar is available if needed. Swimming pool needs some renovation work. Camp sites are clean, but grocery stores are a hike.... More

So We pulled our camper down from NC and stayed May 1-7. The purpose of the trip was our wedding in Key West. Our friends and family flew In and tent camped with us. We had 3 waterfront sites of 4 tents and 1 camper. The waterfront sites are beautiful, with a small but nice little beach area. The place... More

Stayed here in a trailer that they supplied for 10 days. It was clean and convenient. The only complaints that I have are the water in the shower was either cold or blazing hot which I had no control over the knob in the shower was nothing but a on off switch, and the Mosquitos were pretty bad. The accommodations... More

I don't want this review to be to harsh, because I think we were less satisfied due to the fact that we usually stay in 2 bedroom, Wyndham resorts on our trips. I thought it would be fun to stay at a KOA just for variety. The RV was smaller than I expected, but accommodating. We stayed in the 1... More

I stayed there for nine days in March, 2014. I had twenty-two college students with me (I'm the teacher) - we were in tents. I found the staff very accommodating and professional. They let us use the marina for some long term experiments, let us test build and remote operated vehicle's, etc. It was very safe, the staff were very... More

This KOA is just 14 Miles from Key West so it is very convenient. We had a beach site (man made beach) that was great for the view and shade. Get site 402 and pull straight in , not back in. Right across the highway is a nice restaurant, Mangrove Mamas. We really liked this KOA. Probably because we did... More
