Opted for a standard hotel room, 2 queen beds and tile floors. Wished we'd have got a kitchenette. Clean and comfy, the A/C was loud and had to run wide open to keep the room cold. We didn't eat on property as others there and here agreed that it's over rated and over priced. We did eat at Getting Crabby... More

I've stayed at this hotel many times for work and often bring my family on these trips just because of this location. Hotel staff is friendly, pool and bar can be loud (especially on weekends), but place has a special magic to it being right on the water. Room is very spacious. Balconies are great. Fun to walk around the... More

I, along with a group of approximately 40 people, just returned from a 3-night stay at Pirate's Cove. Our stay was organized under a group rate ($109/night) and our organizer was told that the $20/night pet fee was waived (we were in Stuart for a rabbit expo). Upon check-in, we were told that the pet fee was not waived and... More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! On our second night we fell asleep with the TV on at 1:30 am we were woken up to three men in our room. When asked what they were doing they took off down the hall. First reaction was to call the front as we thought we were being robbed. The office advised us it was there security... More

I've been coming to this place for years, because it's close by. Every time I hope it gets better and it never does. It has potential, but the problem here is clearly poor management. They always have the same rude bartenders who act like they're doing you a favor by serving you - they have the personality of drill sergeants.... More

Great location, and nice "old Florida" feel to the place, but we won't rush to stay here again- view alone does not justify the high price. Very noisy AC unit, toilet ran on every 20 minutes or so (we called twice to notify the front desk of the issue, but no action taken during the 3 days we were there)... More

We live nearby, and have used Pirates Cove when we have too many overnight guests. During high season the prices don't seem to justify the rooms, but I have used sites such as booking.com to get food rates off season and have found this to be one of the best area choices.

This was our first hotel stay but our 4th or 5th visit to the restaurant and bar. We stayed 4 nights, the food was terrible, the A/C unit way too loud to sleep and the "breakfast" was in the reception office on a counter...get it yourself cellophane-wrapped muffins and bagels. And to top it all, we had to pay extra... More

The hotel was very pretty and the setting on the marina was beautiful. However.... our room was directly over the bar, with very loud band music and general bar noise until midnight both nights we stayed! Air conditioner was- fortunately- very loud so it drowned out a bit of the bar noise! Woman at check-in counter was bored and disinterested...... More

Hate to write bad reviews but this was the worst lunch ever. Our server was very nice so you hate to tell her really how bad the food was, only four tables in the month of april should of told us. On the water beautiful location, ordered a pull pork sandwich, it was sliced deli meat, howcan you call it... More
