We loved it here! We stayed in a "cottage", which in fact was an enormous apartment. There were four of us and it was just fabulous. Clean, very comfy huge bed, great towels and linens, and very very quiet. We only had a one night stopover and could have stayed much longer. The kitchen was very well appointed and we... More

We stayed in #23 over the long Thanksgiving weekend. We loved our little cottage and the grounds were awesome. You can rent kayaks or canoes and launch right into the river from the property for only $10 for 2 hours. Beautiful place. The town is tiny but it's definitely a great place to relax and unwind. All differently sized cottages/cabins... More

Our family and friends have been to this resort 6 times during the past 2 years and have never been dissatisfied with the accommodations, the service or the rates. The staff goes out of their way to make sure your stay is a peasant and comfortable experience. We fish, scallop and just relax in the Old Florida lifestyle. We have stayed... More

We stayed in cottage 44 August 1-3, to scallop and visit with family. The resort has beautiful walkways, a little petting zoo, a croquet lawn, volleyball, tennis and basketball court. The pool area is okay but not spectacular. Not an issue for us as we all live in Florida and don't spend our time sitting by the pool. There are... More

Great resort in Steinhatchee. There is a great pool/playground area for kids. It is in a quiet area with lots of old oak trees. It is peaceful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will surely be back.

We stayed in house #21, the house was an older home. It met or needs, very clean, very dated, could use some upgrades. When we called with an issue the property mangers were "Johnny on the stop". They were very professional and corrected the issues to the best of their abilities. We stayed there during scallop season and were very... More

The resort consists of cottages situated among huge oak trees next to the Steinhatchee River. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The houses are all individually owned and rented out either by the resort or by the owner so each one is furnished differently according to the taste of the owner. There is a small petting zoo. We saw... More

Steinhatchee is full of history and great things to do, if you are an outdoor adventurist. I happen to love fishing and scalloping, hiking, and canoeing. Awesome place to adventure out. The locals are very friendly. Gorgeous sunsets! The Landing is very much like a family community, only having cottages and lodges for rent. A bit pricey but well worth... More
