Our suite was large with a king size bed which was comfortable. The room was clean and met all expectations. Their is a nice view of the river and its close to a marina where we kept our boat. We used the pool and grills and entertained our large family in the evenings on the patio. We will defiantly stay... More

I can't speak for all the rooms there, but their pet friendly room was disgusting. I moved the very badly stained sitting chair to only find a pair of underwear on the floor. Then, on the floor was a pack of cigarettes. Later, next to the bed was a yucky, piece of rubber hose?? Heaven only knows what that was... More

Everything lovely in every way ... We were just discussing whether to stay another night (2 hours before checkout time), when drilling and building work started in the room next to us. It was so loud we couldn't even hear ourselves above the noise .... Decision about further nights stay made immediately ....

This motel is a throwback to earlier vacation days. The owner was welcoming and hospitable and gave us the old-style key on the ring with the room number on it. Our room, 209, was spacious and clean, and equipped with a full kitchen. There were two plastic chairs outside the door so we could sit and watch the world of... More

Reasonable rates, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. I have stayed approximately 10 days now.. Late returning from the woods one night and the manager was concerned about my well being and considered a search. Nice touch of customer caring. Restaurants in the area are going down hill unfortunately. Fiddlers is over priced and the portions are smaller and smaller.... More

This was our second visit and it was better than the first. Rooms are large, CLEAN and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The outside pool and picnic/BBQ area is a great place to relax after a day on the water. It is across the street from a marina and a short walk from a very good restaurant. I... More

This inn was such a pleasure. Perfect location and clean! I will be coming back! Stephanie, the young lady that checked us in, was extremely nice and accommodating. The view was great and the room was awesome.

In my travels, the River Inn has become a treasure I drive out of the way to enjoy. Always head up to the second floor to enjoy the breeze and a clean comfortable room. Hungry Howie's is a treat and short walk down the road...Roys and Fiddlers over priced....the pool a plus in the even- ings; management and staff wonderful!!!... More

We found the River Inn by accident but will try to return to this quaint little fish town. Loved it. Nice rooms though a little dated. But the price was right and very clean and just right for a peaceful night after some great seafood at Roy's. Breakfast the next morning at Fiddler's breakfast spot. Nice trip and best waffles... Sweet crew, big, clean rooms and off season rates make this motel a hidden treasure. We were there 8-9 years ago and had pleasant memories, but last weekends visit surpassed our recollections by far :-) The pool was clean, though it wasn't heated, it was most refreshing after being on the road for most of the day. This place is... More
