My husband, two daughters and I checked in late (after 10pm) on June 20th. The girls were excited because the pool was still open (it's open from 7am-11pm). So we all swam, the pool was nice and not freezing cold, the deepest area is 6 foot. When we got back to the room, we ordered pizza (it was after 11pm... More

I have stayed there more than once and will stay again. Clean and comfortable bed, absolutely worth every penny. The owners are very friendly people, try to do the best they can for the guests, they want them to come back again and again. Beautiful clean pool is a plus in FL heat. The best priced hotel around, pet friendly.... More

Clean, quiet, safe and very reasonably priced. Perfect for a quick night stopover. Very good Mexican restaurant next door. Owner friendly, shook our hands when we left. Yes, its dated but so is all of Starke. I'd stay again if my route takes me through this town.

Had to settle on this dump! Surrounding motels/hotels had no vacancy since it was the Gator National in Gainesville. Horribly overpriced but knew they could get ya! Normally $44 a night...that night manager charged $125 YIKES!!! Some real sketchy people!!

The owner was very friendly and told us that he was upgrading the motel and gave us a room with new carpet. The wifi was good; there was no breakfast. If you are satisfied with a budget motel, this place is fine.

This is our FRIST stop at this motel on our way to Fl. For the winter . The room was very clean if not up to date . The bed was very comfortable . It had small refrigerator and Mic. It is right on 301 making it easy to find . They have coffee and cookies in the morning .... More

The office staff was friendly and attentive. The room was immaculate. The room had a flat screen TV, WiFi, refrigerator, and microwave. The shower is hot, the water pressure was great and had different settings. Not the Waldorf but extremely clean, comfortable, and affordable.

We were expecting a low quality stay, booked on a Florida homecoming game weekend so limited on choices. I'll say this, out of all our stays at hotels, Paul, the mng/owner, went truly outta his way to insure our stay was comfortable. Without a doubt we will stay here again. And you can't beat the price!

We chose Red Carpet for its price but then when e arrived we got very personal service. They offered to let us parks our motorcycles under a carport right next to our room. The rooms were as good as any chain hotel and the pool was clean and spacious. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I'm back through here.

I stayed one evening here while on a long bicycle tour and the room, although not luxurious, had all the basics, was clean and in working order. Quiet also. Staff was friendly and helped swing a deal for me after pleading my case of being on a tight budget.
