My family of four just spent 5 nights at the Hampton Inn Spring Hill. The staff was outstanding, courteous, friendly and responded immediately to our needs, even when busy during the holiday weekend. The beds were comfortable, clean carpets and bathrooms. Only complaint.....slow draining shower, staff notified, responded immediately, problem resolved. Will stay there again! more

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns throughout the USA. This hotel shines in the Hampton line. The staff was warm, accomodating and made you feel like "family". While it looks like a standard Hampton on a 4-lane highway, it was the hotel management and staff's attention to detail that made it stand out. Fairly typical Hampton Inn right along a busy divided highway. The rooms are comfortable enough, though nothing special. Have a small gym and high-speed internet. If you need to be in or around Spring Hill, seems like your best bet given the limited options. more
