My husband & I enjoyed a fabulous week of utter escape at the Aktaion in Scala Agistri. The service was excellent from beginning to end with a friendly & natural approach from everyone. Zina made us feel like old friends and was always keen to ensure we were happy and she always endeavoured to meet any requests we made. We... More

Someone must be able to understand a true critic and a fake critic. This is a true critic and its the first time i am writing a critic. The room was dirty and filthy the bed mattress is very very noisy and probably 50 years old like the towels that were very very filthy. To the shower there were no... More

The hotel is beautifully located at Skala, Agistri right where the ferry docks so just off the boat and into the hotel!! Beach right outside cross the path you are there! Sun loungers and umbrellas are free for the customers and as a bonus there is a small pool for the restless children. Service is great very hospitable and accomodating.... More

We stayed at Aktaion II hotel between 16th and 20th of August, in the maissonete No 2. The Hotel is situated right in front of the beach and sunloungers are offered for free. The room was spacious, nice decorated and very clean. Everyone who worked there from the cleaning lady to Dionisis and Zina who run the place are kind,... More

It''s the first time I am writing a review, I am that frustrated! Apart from the fact that there is a bar next door playing loud music while you are trying to get some sleep (one of the main expectations on vacations), the room was FILTHY! There was no drain on the shower (just a hole between broken tiles), they... More

We started our vacation here and felt very welcome. The hotel has a great location next to the beach. The pool is ok. Food is typical greek and the fish of the day are reconended. The rooms are very small and the beds hard. If you got a bad back, dont go here! They get cleaned every day which is... More

Another fantastic holiday with Dionysis and Zina - special thanks for sorting the transport out!. Superb tradional Greek taverna with comfortable accomodation; prime location directly on the beach of a wonderful bay near the "port" - and there's a pool. This island and hotel really are little gems. Ticks all the boxes for you typical "Greekophiles"!

My partner and I decided to visit the small island of Agistri whilst travelling around mainland Greece. Having not pre-booked a hotel in the high-season we expected to struggle finding accommodation for the night, but we couldn't have been more wrong! The small road along the Skala coastline is packed with small, family-run hotels, all vying for your custom. We... More

This hotel is great! Zina and Denis that run the hotel is so nice and service minded. The hotel has the best location in Scala Beach right in front of the nice child friendly beach. The hotel resturant is very good and all the staff is really friendly. The only thing I would like the owners to change is the... More
