We were made to feel very welcome at this hotel. When we return next year we definitely plan to stay at this location. This is a fabulous hotel. We were warmly greeted and given a free upgrade to a king jacuzzi suite - without even asking! The room was impeccibly clean and roomy. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, Silver Springs for four nights while visiting family. The hotel is newly built and absolutely spotless.
