My husband and I participated in a 3 day bicycle event hosted at this lodge. it had been highly recommended by our friends. Most of the cyclists stay in the lodge or adjoining cottages. We were very satisfied with our warm reception, comfy bed and pillows, service, breakfast and facilities. We encountered one problem Sunday AM, and it was immediately... More

Stay here whenever we can afford it... prices go waaaay up for the Sebring 12 Hour, which is understandable. We spend every Thanksgiving with our SCCA family at Sebring Racetrack and love to stay in the cabins. We need a King Size bed so, they always put us in the first cabin .. way too bright.. next to the main... More

I really like the Kenilworth Lodge and have stayed there many times. Sadly, it has fallen on hard times and I can only recommend it to the adventurist hoping to keep this historic hotel alive. Consider it a worthy charity case. The first room I was assigned had no curtains! The second room wasn't made up at all. The third... More

This is a lovely old hotel, and nice to stay in a room with character. Beds, towels and all were very clean and comfortable. Room is smaller than many, and bathroom lacked counter space, but it's very liveable for a short stay. If you lack space, you can always go hang out in the large lobby area in the lodge... More

5th time here now, stayed for the Tour of Sebring. if you are expecting ritzy, don't bother, but this place always seems to work for us. Stayed in one of the cottages by the pool the last 2 years and while it wasn't glamorous, it served the purpose. air conditioner hummed loudly the entire time and tv didn't have many... More

If you want cookie cutter rooms, fast elevators, and a sterile lobby...go somewhere else. The Kenilworth Lodge is dripping with history and charm. The lobby is like stepping back to the turn of the 20th century with lots of chintz, bamboo, ferns and ceiling fans. You can traverse the grand staircase anytime you please, and the pool Is surrounded by... More

I've stayed here before so I know it's a bit quirky. The hotel is old and it's age shows in many ways. It is convenient for our activities so we continue to come back. The service is always really friendly and good. The rooms are just okay, we had a suite king size bed in one room with a living... More

This is an old historic hotel. If you want all the modern amenities, stay somewhere else. I love old buildings, maybe because I am old. I love the old, wide creaky staircase. I love the old wooden trim, done by real carpenters (sorry, no power tools). The old wooden floors. The step up into the bathroom, the lavatory in the... More

I was at the Kenilworth Lodge during the PIA Conference in July for the weekend, When I arrived and went to reception I was greeted by a very friendly and down to earth guy who made me feel very comfortable. I checked in earlier than normal but housekeeping was happy to go and clean my room ahead of schedule so... More

Ok, it's on the National Register of Historic Places, and that designation does restrict what improvements/updating an owner is allowed to make. But rust on the bath fixtures, dead gnats in the tub? Lumpy, needs replacing mattress? We were startled twice when a lamp shade fell as we were reading in bed. 15" tube TV. Toilet seat in our bath... More
