I'm still here getting ready to leave....the dirty water in the sink from the previous inmates is still in the sink! The water does not go down! The smell in the room of, what is it? Maybe insecticide, but whatever, it didn't kill the German roaches. Make sure you zip you luggage closed so they don't get in. Bring lamps... More

This was once a great hotel, but declined over time, especially when they sold off their lake access. Still it has it charms. The hotel rooms, especially in the higher floors are large, as are cottages and efficiencies in the garden. They are showing their age, but the maintenance staff is making a gallant effort to keep them going. Many... More

the hotel is too old to charge such prices. the rooms are musty and one can hear next door neighbors. the breakfast is nothing to rave about. the staff is friendly but that cant make up for the hotel's deficiencies. perhaps a new ownership group could improve it.

The lodge was built in 1916 and has gone downhill over the years, but is still a grand old place. The rooms are small and cozy is has a large Ball room and a Grand Staircase. What a place for a wedding and reception !! The breakfast was a bust, go to the Palm Diner next door ( see review... More

This extremely historical hotel in Sebring, Florida, is really quiet sweet. We stayed in the individual cottages with our four legged babies. With the economy like it is, I am sure that the maintenance and upkeep of this hotel is really astronomical! It gives you the feel of a home town hotel with the allusion of grandiose in it's heyday... More

I chaired a committee for a quilters group retreat. We had 90 women who needed space for class rooms, space for meals, and of course rooms for overnight. The Kenilworth not only supplied all of this but did it way beyond my expectations. The crew went overboard to help the women with their heavy sewing machines and luggage. We had... More

If you like old quaint and a chance to see a ghost this is the place for you. Staff is friendly. Rooms are old but clean and is right next to a great resturant. I haven't met a ghost yet but maybe next time.

The Kenilworth Lodge is like going to Grandma's old house, on a grander scale. It may not be in perfect condition, but it is comfortable, inviting, and homey. We stayed here while visiting Sebring for the US Sport Aviation Expo and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks to Steve for taking the time to answer... More

Uh... This place may have some nostalgic charm... And, may bring back memories if your 80. BUT, it's a dump!! Rooms are small and musty. Beds remind me of Army bunks. Clearly the same mattresses from the 70's. There was some brown syrupy stuff in my tub. And, you can hear people whispering next door. Take my advice. Ignore the... More

I have slept here annually for the past 5 or 6 years for an event that I am part of. YES, this is an old hotel, and YES, that means that technology is not high on their list of priorities. The room key is usually a guest's first interaction with the Kenilworth's unique stance on tech. It is a small... More
