This review is for the traveler seeking a budget hotel in Sebring, but not planning to spend much time in the room, i.e. racers and bicyclists, but probably not golfers. The hotel has been there forever. It used to have an African theme. Well, the pool is gone and management is clueless. The rooms, however, have been redone and were clean, though there was a hole in the wall where the towel rack should have been and another hole where the fire alarm used to be. The worst was that we arrived in the blistering heat of September, and though we had made reservations, the room was very, very hot. It had not been opened and the air conditioning was not on. It took hours for the room to finally cool off enough for us to sleep. The next day, after a day at the track, we came back to an equally hot room.
