If you have been driving all day stop here and call it a night. Very clean, quite, close to restaurants. Friendly staff, good breakfast to start your day. Rooms have Wi-Fi and up to date. I would stay here again. No problems good parking.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and very helpful for our travels. She totally deserved the hotel another point! The room was good, the wifi free which was very helpful and the breakfast was really good. The lady here was totally worth chatting with and she should work at the front desk as well, because she knows... More

Came in from a camping trip to stay dry between fishing, ZEE the young lady at the front desk hipped us to all sorts of stuff to do in town, who made the best pizza, where the laundry was, she made such a great impression with how incredibly professional and yet highly approachable she is. Give that girl a raise,... More

We usually stay at Captain Hiram's but they were full so we tried the Best Western and enjoyed the stay. It was $60.00 less per night and right across the street. We went to Earl's Hideaway and had a great time as they had a good band and drinks are cheap. They have an included breakfast that was better than... More

Traveling in FL, stopped in Sebastian for 2 nights. The room had a musty odor, the windows had mold on them, the beds were hard and creaky. The worst part was there were "ROACHES" in the room. We did not discover the bugs until the last night so it was too late to check out. We complained when checking out... More

The price we paid was horrible for the shape our room was in. We had a suite due to having Grandma and a 6 year old. The tub would not plug so the 6 year old was not able to take a bath and the hotel was unable to fix it and really put very little effort into trying. The... More

We rebooked because the hotel was dog friendly with great accommodations in 2011 but not this time. The double beds were like sleeping on steel rods. The bathroom tub was dirty with hairs in the tub and on the walls from the previous guests. in addition the shower nozzle had black residue which I cleaned off and gave the manager.... More

Excellent hotel and service. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen was so well provisioned it felt like home - so many amenities. I cooked for 4 to 5 people and had everything I needed or, if not, would ask the staff if special items - larger frying pan.

My first choice was Capt Hiram's until they raised their rates and tacked on a daily resort fee. The Best Western is just across the road, owned by the same people, and offers free breakfast for half the cost. I can still walk to Hiram's and other riverfront establishments. The front desk staff was excellent, even allowing me to check... More

Only stayed at the hotel for one night but wish it could have been for longer. Was very pleased with the room and the staff. If you are going as a couple get the king room with the Jacuzzi. Was awesome. If ever in the area again will definitely stay here.
