Recently stayed at the BW for 5 days while in the area to visit friends while on a Florida vacation. This hotel is on Highway 1 and easy to get to (though you'll do a sharp hard right turn to get into their parking lot - be careful). It is across the road from the water though you will not... More

We arrived later in the day. It was convenient as it was on the main road. Not too many places to eat right around it and we did fast food which was okay after a long day. Nice room and they put us on a ground floor as we'd requested. The room was nicely cleaned and quiet. The breakfast was... More

I found the Best Western in Sebastian to be a real gem. I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful. When I experienced difficulty getting the magnetic key to work, they came immediately and helped me.

We had seen a couple of reviews about rooms not being ready at check-in, but didn’t think much about it until we got there and our rooms weren’t ready. One staff person said they clean by floor so the third floor rooms aren’t done until last, then the manager later said that wasn’t so. Either way, we had to wait... More

Dear Guest; It shows on our records that you checked In at 3:25PM. I have been in the hotel business for 40+ years and cleaning the rooms by floor is absurd. We have 5 housekkepers that clean the rooms that are assigned to them NOT by floors. We are runing full as we are in season and guest that are... More

Positive: Convenient location to leave belongings while attending off-site event, complimentary hot breakfast. Negative: High Speed Trains = loud noise several times per night. Paper thin walls allowed us to enjoy (not!) adjacent guest’s TV audio and conversations until they retired. Broken tub drain stopper. No MS Office on “Business Center” PC. Pubic hair in bedding. No WIFI in room.... More

We visited Sebastian for our granddaughter to get a surf lesson. This was a great family hotel! The staff was amazing they upgraded us from a standard two queen room to a suite... The continental breakfast was much more than a just donuts and juice. Any buffet that has real butter on it to me is already an upgrade! Bacon... More

Good option in Sebastian. The hotel was clean and the staff seemed nice. We had excellent service at check in. Figured I'd ask for a double queen room which was not available on the phone, the associate ran to get the single man who had the last queen room and he agreed to switch. That's great service. We did not... More

This was the best hotel for the money in Sebastian, FL. The rooms were clean and well lit, the heat/air worked well. The staff was friendly except for the day shift girl with a Hispanic accent who had a bit of an attitude. The breakfast bar was well stocked with eggs and bacon/sausage and the lady who worked the breakfast... More

We stayed at Best Western Sebastian Hotel Suites from 2/ 16 – 2/18. The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. The room was also very clean but the Sebastian area of Florida is kind of death. There is no much to do around the area but very good places to go for walks or to go fishing around... More

Since I decided at the last minute to escape Miami for one weekend and head north to the Treasure Coast, I made no prior arrangement for my accommodation, which is a risky undertaking during high season. I contacted many hotels and none had rooms available for Saturday night. It was already dark when I drove by the Best Western in... More
