This is our first choice for hotels in Sarasota when visiting. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always cheerful. Our last stay in March was great as always. “Enjoyable for the Kids”

Took the kids, decided to stay in Sarasota rather than the Hyatt on Siesta Key, to save some bucks. Not enough room to be a great vacation spot, but clean and decent. Again, nothing spectacular but it was livable. Didn't get the info about the shuttle to Lido, would have been better than fighting those crowds for the Siesta Key... More

“excellent customer service!”

We stayed in room 902, beautiful view and excellent customer service at the front desk especially from Rod. We had a loud man in the room next door at 1 in the morning and one phone call to Rod at the front desk fixed the problem. The next day they brought a bottle of wine and candies.

Oh my god! What horrible service and dirty carpet in the room. I stayed here last 4th and had a horrible experience that the hotel actually mailed me a two night "free" stay. “wonderful”

friendly effecient staff, comfortable beds & pillows, good views. Good bar menu. Quiet rooms. Very clean common areas. I look forward to staying there again. We were ther for four nites. A few mor lounges at the pool would be welcome
