I've stayed at the Hyatt many times while traveling for business and the recent renovations are great. Love the updated look and feel of the hotel. Location is okay. This hotel was situated in a fantastic area. Just a 5min or less drive to Siesta Key. You can easilly walk to "downtown" Sarasota. Although, walking at night seemed a bit uncomfortable due to the lack of lights on the streets. If you are with a group of people then I wouldn't mind the walk. The hotel itself is gorgeous.... more
