I stayed here last year because the location is great. But the whole hotel needed a makeover, and I swore I wouldn't return. When I read of the new owner and the supposed total renovation, I decided to try it again. Don't make the same mistake. Nothing has changed Same old scratched furniture. Same old linens. Broken AC. Nail coming... More

Found this in the AAA book as a Best Western. Found out it was no longer affiliated with the chain. Room was old looking, but seemed clean until I looked closely. I cleaned the counter and lamps myself as it was late and the housekeeping staff had left for the day. Bed seemed clean so we stayed. Front desk admitted... More

1- It was unclean. In my 7 night stay, my bed was only made up 1 time. 2- The only cleaning that was done in the room was someone brought in clean towels and emptied the trash. I went and bought Clorox wipes because nothing was being wiped down. 3-Not all rooms have heat (it was in the 30's at... More

We had stayed at this property many times before but not for over 2 years. The hotel is old and outdated but the rooms had always been clean and well maintained. The property is no longer a Best Western. The room was dirty. The sheets were stained, there were long black hairs found on the sheets, the mattress cover was... More

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room door frame was bent. Made it difficult to open and close the door without banging it. The room was not cleaned. The towels were replaced and the beds made (kind of) and they forgot us completely one day. Very moderate motel, no views, no atmosphere and no amenities. Next to... More

We booked our reservations through Travelocity, got a really great price for three nights. At 4:30 our rooms weren't ready yet, the desk clerk was new and had a difficult time keeping our room numbers straight (two rooms ) and couldn't answer basic questions about the rooms. Room clean but dated. Toilet tank lid was not the one that came... More

I was here for a racquetball camp at the YMCA. It is a couple of blocks from the Y. For the incredibly cheap price they charge, we got a clean(if dated) room. The room even has a fridge and a microwave. Included breakfast. I would stay again. Front desk staff were friendly. Room was better than I expected after some... More

The ONLY good thing about this place is Lynn at the front desk. Upon arrival we could see shady activities going down in the parking lot. My son was approached by a man in a car calling out to him and saying "Ryan." When I stepped into view he left. The room. What can I say. DISGUSTING. Shower had hair... More

I booked this from Hotels.com as a Best Western several months ago. Upon arrival, it was not a Best Western, but a rundown "Inn at Midtown" in Sarasota. I was never informed it had changed hands. The outside was shabby, and unkempt. The lobby was old and musty smelling. It was 230 pm ( check in was 3pm) and we... More

We booked 8 rooms for our soccer Team and some parents and we had a horrible experience. When we arrived to the Hotel, after the first game on Saturday, it was almost 7pm and the rooms were not ready. The only one person at the reception was in panic. She stated that the only one computer they have was not... More
