We spent one night here and we loved it. It's a great location, right in downtown. You can walk to lots of restaurants. With the Whole Foods nearby, you can pick up some tasty food to keep in your refridgerator. The bed is comfortable and the room is cozy with hard wood floors and modern decor. This beautifully positioned apartment/condo hotel in the middle of town offers a old charm. The place is roomy and comfortable with eclectic modern features. The king bed is great and it is quiet to boot. The ower/manager kathy couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Would visit the town again and stay here.

My husband and I live in Fort Myers and have frequently traveled to Sarasota for the day to hang out in Siesta Key or in St Armands Circle, get some beach time and have some local food before heading back home for the night. We never had the pleasure of staying overnight or for a weekend until this past wknd... More

Owners of this place really go that extra mile for you. We got nothing but great service from them and felt really welcome here. Got good nights sleep and enjoyed breakfast at our rooms own kitchen. Location is really good and we would be happy to come back.
