Location was a bit challenging to get into off of Clark Road. Parking didn't seem to be any issue, however smoking locations were right at the front entrance of the main lobby. Room was clean and quiet for a quick lay over during travel.

Being a Platinum this is a typical Holiday Inn express. Rooms were well kept, breakfast is always good but will not "wow" you, nor is it expected to. Staff while not jumping around like school kids were helpful and knew the local area well. Overall, what I fully expected.

My trip was a combination business and family visit. When I arrived Ben was welcoming and took interest in assuring that my room met my needs. My room was very clean and the sheets and bedding were nice. I appreciate the microwave and refrigerator in the room. This is a good hotel for travelers and the service was outstanding.

The room was the noisiest I have stayed in. The elevator equipment is adjacent to the room so every time someone uses the elevator there is a very loud noise. The problem is a known problem to all the staff. Did not sleep well for the two nights.

Leave it to Holiday Inn to mess up a good thing! I travel for business and have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The staff has always been courteous and professional, and check in was quick.
