Hidden between the madness of Destin and Seaside is Grayton Beach. Even more hidden are these cabins. You have to reserve them a year out, but you'll have your own secluded beach. One sunset we had the beach TO OURSELVES! No TV in the cabins but otherwise as nice as any basic condo, and WAY cheaper. Near the city of... More

A great place to stay when you visit the beautiful beaches of Grayton. The cabin is a bit old, but it's clean and spacious. The kitchen is well equiped. There is no tv, but then again, who needs a tv in a place like this. We spent our evenings on the porch, protected against bugs by screens. Decorations are very... More

the cabin was a great surprise. secure entry, so only folks staying at the cabins can enter the area. very spacious: full kitchen, living room, dining area, porch, etc. however, depending on which cabin you stay at, to get to the beach is a bit of a walk. we just drove. but the beach was beautiful and very private.

Cabins are clean and well airconditioned. Beds are very uncomfortable. Old. Take your own towels for sure. Take bathroom mats. Dog flies were terrible on the beach so take a spray. Hopefully you can find one that works. The park is beautiful, can't find a more beautiful and private beach. The employees in the park are friendly and helpful. Not... More

The beach was wonderful clean and pure, and not crowded at all, the cabins are clean but the mattresses are old and uncomfortable, the cabins are surrounded by woods, you can walk to the beach walkway or drive, it is soo much better than staying in seaside you avoid the crowds and just enjoy the beach. We will stay again... More

Basic but quite large accommodation. Two fair sized bedrooms, and a large kitchen/dining/lounge area. The covered porch was a good size with rockers & a table & there was an outside yard area with table, seating & a barbecue which we used a few times after getting supplies from the Publix store which was about 10mins away. As everyone has said... More

Cabins were so dirty. So MUCH mold and mildew in shower. We were all compelled to wear our shoes in the shower and everywhere. Beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced. And so filthy. Pillows and bed covered in hair and who knows what. Air conditioner leaked and flooded one of the bed rooms. We were told "it's... More

The sign as you enter the park says "Welcome to the real Florida" and it is. Set in a little natural oasis of calm amidst all the rest of the craziness of the Florida panhandle, these cabins are a real find. They are basic with no televisions or Internet access, but clean and bright and perfect for a relaxing vacation.... More

There were 6 people in our party, so we needed the sofa sleeper. However, not only was the mattress paper thin, it was filled with springs that made it painful to lie on. They literally poked you all over. As a result, we had to make an emergency trip to Walmart for an air mattress. These cabins should be billed... More

We enjoyed a week in 2 cabins for a family wedding held in nearby city. The cabins were very economical & well kept.Lack of phone, internet& tv were a plus -enjoyed the family more.Short 0.3 mile walk to beach on path took 10 min. Beautiful, uncrowded beach. Rentals in nearby Seaside & Watercolor command $100's more daily. Have to rent the cabins in... More
