Cabins were so dirty. So MUCH mold and mildew in shower. We were all compelled to wear our shoes in the shower and everywhere. Beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced. And so filthy. Pillows and bed covered in hair and who knows what. Air conditioner leaked and flooded one of the bed rooms. We were told "it's... More

The sign as you enter the park says "Welcome to the real Florida" and it is. Set in a little natural oasis of calm amidst all the rest of the craziness of the Florida panhandle, these cabins are a real find. They are basic with no televisions or Internet access, but clean and bright and perfect for a relaxing vacation.... More

There were 6 people in our party, so we needed the sofa sleeper. However, not only was the mattress paper thin, it was filled with springs that made it painful to lie on. They literally poked you all over. As a result, we had to make an emergency trip to Walmart for an air mattress. These cabins should be billed... More

We enjoyed a week in 2 cabins for a family wedding held in nearby city. The cabins were very economical & well kept.Lack of phone, internet& tv were a plus -enjoyed the family more.Short 0.3 mile walk to beach on path took 10 min. Beautiful, uncrowded beach. Rentals in nearby Seaside & Watercolor command $100's more daily. Have to rent the cabins in... More

I've been coming to the Grayton Beach State Park Cabins for years. Sometimes 2-3 times a year. The cabins are very basic, clean, and located between 30a & the beach. The beach here is not crowded at all. The location is just a few miles from Seaside. Last year, we rented a condo with only 1 br but had cable... More

The cabins at Grayton Beach State Park are a fine but not luxurious place to stay along the Emerald Coast. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex units are spartan in terms of furnishings and kitchen outfitting, but our cabin was very clean and had all the basics. We recommend bringing beach and bath towels. Bring a deck of cards or... More

These are great little cable right near the beach. The best part of the cabins are the lack of televisions it's a great place to unwind and unplug. There are two bedrooms, a pullout couch, a kitchen and a screened in porch with a grill. Your minutes away from seaside and all of the other attractions in the are. I... More

This was horrible disappointment. The pictures and reviews were so positive I was very hopeful. Dirty, no personality, horrid linens, terrible lighting, not even the basics were provided. The dirt and filth did it for me all the dirt on the walls and corners and the bathroom an atrocity. The beds were not made and there was hair and dirt... More

We camped in our Popup camper for three nights in March. Our site #15 was very spacious, private and shaded. Sites 15 and higher were larger. The newer section with sewer hookups was not as nice (very open and zero shade). Each site had a fire ring and two poles for a clothes line. Sites are very sandy with crushed... More

These cabins are very comfortable and affordable. 2 bedrooms, sleep six, complete kitchen well equipped for $130. Not luxury, but nice. A small, screened in porch. AN INTERESTING TIDBIT ABOUT THIS STATE PARK: There are two basic areas and respective beaches, separated by the town of Grayton Beach and the community of Gulf Trace. These cabins are NOT in the...
