We stayed in Complex A-4. Upon walking in, the place was decorated so well. It was better than home. Everything you needed and then some. A great place to stay--just yards from the beach and right off the bike path as well. Sanibel is a beautiful island and everything is within reach but not over run. We had teenagers and toddlers in the same group and they all enjoyed it. more

The pictures you see online do not do this place justice, it was so much better in person, we were just in awe when we walked in, it was clean and just beautiful. Stayed at Sanibel Arms - Condo F3- for a week in May. Loved the condo and the beach was perfect. Condo is well stocked with anything you might need. The only piece of missing equipment that we have been able to find is a non stick pan! If that is the worst thing that happens we are living right! :-)... more
Stayed at Sanibel Arms Condo - F2 this past October. It is a wonderful gulf front 1 bedroom condo located about 1 mile from the lighthouse. The condo is very comfortable, clean and fully furnished. Beachchairs and umbrella were also included The owners were friendly and very easy to do business with. We will be back! more
I stayed at the Sanibel Arms complex (down the road from Sanibel Arms West) this past May. It's owned by Royal Shell. We stayed in the F4 complex. The condo was very nice. It is two nice sized bedrooms, one has two twin beds, the other a regular bed. Two bathrooms, one off the bedroom and another in the hall.... more
My family and I stayed at Sanibel Arms, which is separate from Sanibel Arms West. We stayed in a 2bd condo right on the gulf. You couldn't ask for a nicer place. Everything was clean and neat.
