I wanted to love Kona Kai, but that wasn't the case. Our room wasn't very clean, and the bedding is so worn, that I couldn't tell if it was clean or not. I would have mentioned it when we checked out, but no one was in the office at 10 AM. more

The owner is very nice. The suite was spacious. Living room was tidy (dark brown water stain on the ceiling). Bedroom needed a good cleaning. Bedding appeared clean.
