we stayed in a one bedroom on the floor where you can walk downstairs directly to the beach. sanibel/captiva is beautiful; the condo rooms are very nice and spacious; very close to the beach; the pool set up is very nice. we would stay there again and would recommend it. more

We've taken many vacations, but this is one of the most memorable. Casa Ybel resort itself is an awesome getaway! Going over the wooden bridge to the resort felt like coming home. We had a wonderful time and since we were on the 3rd floor, I lost 4 lbs (running up and down the stairs) and walking miles on the great beaches. Rented a boat a couple of times and went to Cabbage Cay and fishing. Had a lot of fresh fish and Jerry's has great veggies, so ate healthy!!! The weather... more
Just returned from Easter weekend at Casa Ybel. First comment: this is NOT a typical resort hotel. It is NOT a luxury resort. It is a time share community managed by Hilton Grand Vacations Club.
