Sanibel Inn was a wonderful choice for our family. We stayed six days with hopes of going back. Our room was nice and clean. We rented a one bedroom, one bath, with living room and kitchenette. The kids slept on a pull out bed. We had a beach front view and screened in porch. Staff was very friendly and helpful!... more

We chose the Sanibel Inn based on many reviews and were not disapponted. If you want a pristine, sparkling 5 star resort, this is not it. (some reviews I read apparently did) If you want a charming, well kept, nicely located Inn with ALL the amenities, this is it. We stayed in a beachfront unit with an unobstructed view of... more

We stayed at the Sanibel Inn in early June. It was our first stay there, but second for Sanibel. The seasonal rate, amenities, and reviews sold us. Front desk check in was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room had a view of the pool and the beach, but it was quiet and we had a very nice stay. The free... more

Just got back from a one week stay at the Sanibel Inn. I have to say it was the most peacful, relaxing getaway my husband and I have ever shared. We stayed in the Periwinkle buildng (were accomodated with a king bed even though we did not stay in a suite) and it was great waking up every morning and... more

Sanibel Island had always been a special place for me. Ever since we did a vacation there back in the sixties when I was a kid. Beaches are wonderul, water is like caribean clear. This trip was a leasure trip. I have a new kayak I just finished building.... and a new girlfriend to try out too. I have stayed... more

We just retruned from a trip to Sanibel Island. The staff was outstanding. They were very helpful but not pushy. The room we had was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a full kitchen. There was a large screened balcony which looked out over the pool to the beach. The beach could not be better with complimentary chairs and... more

Just back from 3 nights at the Sanibel Inn. It's a very nice place. Nice pool -it's chlorine, not saltwater like at others. It nicely heated too. They had a pool bar/hut that served food like hamburgers for about $10, hot dogs, chicken salad plate and popcorn shrimp. It was pricey for the quality. It's also seperately owned from Sanibel... more

My husband & I were in a much needed vacation & try to go to a different beach location each year. This year we settled on Sanibel & went for my 50th birthday. After doing research, I settled on Sanibel Inn and was very pleased. The staff is terrific & friendly. The resort is small, tucked away, landscaped very nicely,... more

The moment my significant other, mother, stepfather and I arrived on Sanibel Island there was an immediate change of pace-Sanibel is not your typical Florida beach scene. The drive to Sanibel Inn is a straight shot from the causeway-very easy to find. The first thing we noticed upon arrival to the Sanibel Inn was the landscaping-gorgeous! The receptionist was very... more

I had stayed on Captiva Island two years ago for a wedding and knew that I just wanted to come back to this beautiful place. I decided to stay in Sanibel as it was more centrally located with amenities and resorts (rather than renting houses/private residence). This was my first solo vacation and I am confident this Sanibel Inn was... more
