We spent 5 days in the Banyan Room. Not much good to say about it other than it was affordable. Absentee management (Karen) and cleaner (Sean) were nice and somewhat helpful, but could not make up for all the shortcomings. We came to Sanibel for just three days to relax in secluded peaceful place. It was exactly what we needed. Close to the beach, nice rustic backyard. Karen, the hostess, was very friendly and gave us great recommendations on where do dine. Overall it was nice and pleasant stay.

Don't Go! We gave up a nights' rent to escape to the Holiday Inn. Of the fifteen items I noted: water issues, unclean sheets, mops left at our doorstep, mgmt left at 3 PM, cable not functional, shabby room, no direct beach access, rusted beach furniture and grill!!! Directed by previous reviews to try this place!!??
