New hotel on Fourth Ave N and Fourth street recommended to us by a local friend. Reasonable, very friendly, great bar and restaurant and Coffee shop in Lobby. Close walk to Central Ave and Beach Dr. and they have a large golf cart for shuttling guests around. Strong Recommend.
