Got to love a hotel that welcomes you through a canopy. It's in the heart of downtown and near the Dali Museum. Staff is helpful. Room clean. Bed, king sized. Breakfast the same as any chain hotel. This one, however, has historic charm. Parking is $10 extra because the hotel doesn't own the parking lot.

Nice boutique hotel with charm and not expensive! Loved it so much when first arriving in St Pete, that we booked it at the end of our trip due to its location. Don't expect a lot of the big hotel amenities but it makes up with personality and charm! Very clean and continental breakfast was just right. Very close to... More

Lovely, charming remodeled hotel. Wonderful location. Very helpful friendly staff. If you arrive after 8 PM, you were provided with directions on how to access your room. This is easily done. Convenient parking is available for an extra fee next-door.

This hotel was very beautifully decorated, and has a charming historical feeling. It was bright and cheery. The decor was attractive. The included breakfast was a nice addition. The bathroom was very small, but because of the history of the building, it makes sense.

This is a sweet place that has a lot of character, but unfortunately missing a few key things. According to the internet, they claim they provide rooms with a microwave and refrigerator. Upon arrival, there was no refrigerator or microwave in the room and when I asked, I was told very rudely, that was only in the deluxe rooms.(I had... More

The worst hotel we every paid $178 a night for. Our room had one chair for two people. We had an ice bucket in the room but when we asked where the ice machine was the desk clerk said for us to go to the Publix store four block away and buy some. The window AC unit was so loud... More

Management response:

We are sorry to hear of these negative aspects of your stay. Our goal here at the Cordova Inn is to make each guest feel more than satisfied with their stay. The furniture in the room is simplified to create a more aesthetically pleasing hotel room. We do provide ample furniture in the lobby and on the front veranda for... More

Really enjoyed our stay at The Cordova Inn. We arrived early on the day of check-in but our room was ready (it was the day after Thanksgiving so it was likely a slow time) so Noni at the front desk took care of us. Our room was spacious and clean, and charming. The flat screen TV was on and playing... More

We stayed for two nights because we went to the Ribfest. It is within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants, and park venues. You can always find something to do. Although the hotel is old and quaint, it had many modern upgrades. The hotel was just beautiful and the staff was excellent. Rooms were very clean and a very... More

Our room was quaint. Still in the process of some restoration but the room was clean, mattresses were extremely comfortable and the staff saw to our every request. The location is wonderful. It is located close to everything you could want to do downtown. I could sit on the Veranda, listen to the 20's music playing overhead and people watch... More

Stayed here before it was the Cordova and it was a nice place to stay. Pretty historical building that was cool to walk around. The room was nice and big, with great A/C. I don't really remember the staff too well.
