The hotel was quaint close to bars and restaurants. I know you get what you pay for but. I think for the price they charge the room should have been clean! The shower had hair in the drain, trash under bed, shower knob was broken. I stay at budget hotels alot and there not always nice or in a good... More

Well where do I start! The only good thing I can say about this experience was that the poor girl on reception was trying her hardest to run the whole hotel, from taking booking to house keeping. When we arrived she said that house keeping hadn't been, then she went and looked for a clean room, but there wasn't one.... More

Hello, I hope you are having a great day. My Name is Chris and I am the GM at the Cordova Inn. I would like to sincerely apologize for your experience at our hotel. I was out 4 days with the Flu and I have been short staffed since we took over ownership and management of the hotel on the... More

Let's start off with the good. Great location. Within walking distance of the water and parks and great restaurants and shops. The Cordova Inn is an old hotel which is not a bad thing. I've stayed in many old hotels and I generally love the character. The Cordova is still lacking in that Old Hotel charm, but the good news... More

Right in the heart of St. Pete - easy walk to several good restaurants, shopping, small parks, the waterfront, and the Museum of Fine Arts; a longer walk, but doable, to the outstanding Dali Museum. The breakfast [included] was very good - wide selection, and as much as you would like. Not the gooey buns & cold cereal you get... More

Our stay was very nice, the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Great on site parking, walking distance to everything In town. The hotel is old, has a nice vibe if you like old, that being said, the beds were not very good, the rooms were nice and comfortable. I would stay here again.

First of all, the people writing the bad reviews may have had a much different perspective on what they were expecting from this Inn. I enjoyed my stay, but yes, there is a definite need for some updating. My first update would be the plumbing system, actually having water come out of the taps would be a bonus. Yet that... More

Most of all do not stay in the room under the upstairs suite. You will get swamped every night when they use their bathroom. Water running down the wall onto the cupboard in our room & soaking our carpet & belongings. Nothing was done to stop this!! No drapes on the windows so sunlight streams in every morning, We were... I almost wish I could give a better review for this hotel since it is a vintage property has the potential to be a charming place to stay, but here are the facts: Pros: Great location Helpful, accommodating staff. Cons: Old property that needs complete renovation or restoration. My room had very tiny bathroom; shower sprayed barely more than a... More

If you're looking for the comforts of a modern, clean place, it's not here. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors TV and conversations. Above the entry door is pane glass that's allows light into room all hours of the day. I had to use a pillow to keep the light out. The bed actually used the... More

A charming hotel, which actually made me feel as though I was a guest at a relatives home. The building barely has a "hotel" look or feel to it. From the rocking chairs and bicycles parked by the porch, to the very warm and inviting interior, and rooms was like a step back into better times. The building is quite... More
