This hotel is a quaint ,old place. It is clean, offers a continental bfast, great customer service. It's located near downtown St. Pete, near the Sundial area. Easy walk to restaurants and up and coming nightlife. I got a great price on hotels.com

This hotel seems more like an 'ordinary old' hotel versus a 'vintage' hotel, as described. We arrived a little after 10p. No one was available and somehow our reservation wasn't on the books. Via phone, we reached someone and we were able to stay the night in a free room. It was directly under the stairs. :( The bathroom is... More

If you like that kind of thing this is it. Old TV, a bathroom you have to go outside to turn around. Very inexpensive though...bring a mask as the light frim the hallways come into the room form the window over the door you cant block it and the curtains are basically worthless. No icemaker so bring some. WiFi sucked.

My mom and I stayed one night at this hotel. That was more than enough!!! The area is downtown St Pete just a few blocks from the harbor. However, to the right of the hotel is nothing but homeless hanging around. The parking lot adjacent to the hotel is confusing. There was a 6.00 charge for parking on a bumpy,... More

Love this place. Great low price for a nice clean and pretty place to stay. I like its antique and historic feel. The staff is friendly, they have continental breakfast with a nice coffee/cappuccino/ expresso/ Mocha machine. I have never had a bad experience there; I've stayed there many times. The bath tub is also old school and really nice.

The hotel is a historic building in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg just steps from nightlife and a few blocks to the harbor. The price was excellent for the location, and the room - while small, particularly the bathroom - had nice amenities including very nice bedding and toiletries. The place is perfect for travelers who aren't going to... More

This place could be really nice, but it's not. It's worn out and it looks that way. It needs a good scrub down and decor/ furniture/ textile refresher. We set the AC as low as possible and still baked all night.I would not stay here again. All that said, the staff we met were very nice. If they update and... More

This was just a place to stay because it was chosen by hot wire. The People are pleasant but the service sucks the quality of this place is not that of a 3 strar hotel. No security,no pool, and bumbs hang out in front. It is more like a motel. Very misleading not a . 3star

We needed a place to stay for Memorial Day weekend (one day). This hotel didn't jack up the price for a holiday weekend nor did they force me to stay more than one night. It's "old timey" and quaint so don't expect a bunch of luxuries, but the staff was very nice. The best part is that we walked from... More
