I stayed at this hotel last week, the staff in the manager were excellent. The rooms were clean, the lobby is fantastic it makes you feel like you're in a much more upscale hotel. This hotel is pet friendly which was wonderful. I had a business meeting at the hotel and was in the lobby for most of the day... More

Stayed at this hotel last night for the rays vs red sox game. Selected for proximity to Tropicana field and they allowed our dogs. We received a friendly welcome and dropped the dogs off then headed to the game. The terror occurred upon our return. My wife noticed the toilet was leaking, upon investigation I realized the entire bathroom was... More

I'm a Floridan that lives rather close to the downtown area. A friend of mine was coming in from out of state and after reading reviews online and checking out a few pictures, I thought this hotel would be a good value and something a little different. Well...it was different alright. Driving by the hotel left much to be desired,... More

The service was amazing and this hotel is incredibly unique. The bright colors and beautiful decorations in this historical building (once a boarding house, as the staff informed us) are stunning and unmistakably Floridian. Two thumbs up all the way! A very great place to stay!

The staff at the front desk was unprofessional and the maid was hanging out at the front desk talking the clerk while I was trying to get information. Then the desk clerk said she needed a cigerate break...just rude. I was put in a smoking room although it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel and I had to... More

On the plus side: Clean, friendly and accommodating staff, central to lots of attractions. On the down side: Food leaves something (much actually) to be desired. Worst thing that happened was I asked for a wake-up call and never got it. Luckily I had a back-up wake-up call or would have missed my flight. Bring your own alarm!

We stayed at the hotel for a Rays game, and love this downtown area of St Pete. We were welcomed warmly and professionally. All staff recognized and welcomed guests. Since we had our Rays shirts on, the manager Paul offered tickets he wouldn't be using - asking guests. I believe the staff are eager to welcome and serve guests. It... More

usually the TA reviews are spot-on - not this time - this hotel is awful. 500 gallons of last years trendy paint does not a "cool" hotel make. dirty, noisy, pool dirty, no water pressure, run-down, 3-day old coffee in the coffee pot, etc.. it started with the fact the hotel is so cheap they cannot afford to place a...
