I booked the hotel through Orbitz - I loved the look of it on the internet .. so quaint and different than a big hotel chain. When we arrived, late (1 a.m.) I was happy to see the lobby and front porch were really cute but MUCH smaller than they appeared on the web photos. Upon entering our room, we... More

We just got back from a 3 night stay at the Indigo and read some of the reviews before going. We were attending a wedding and many of the attendees were staying here or at the Vinoy. We are glad we stayed here for several reasons. It was comfortable. It is an older hotel that has been renovated but not... More

My daughter and I arrived in the early hours and were warmly welcomed by Nisha for whom nothing was too much trouble. Arrive anywhere in the UK at any time (other than The Lanesborough or Landmark) and you'll most likely be met with total indifference so we were off to a good start immediately! She told us everything about the... More

I stayed here with my spouse over spring break and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped us with the hotel's free bicycle service and any questions we had about the area. The room was a little small, but it was decorated beautifully and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't get... More

I just need to tell you about my 3.5 day stay at the Hotel Indigo in St. Petersburg, Florida. I am so disappointed. This was the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in on vacation. Upon our arrival at this hotel, the elevator was so old and it was more like a freight elevator. When walking down the hallway... More

I have stayed here on multiple occasions. My daughter's wedding party stayed here and it was fabulous for pre-wedding photographs and gathering. Rooms are very European , small but clean and comfortable. Service is very good! I already have reservations again for this summer. I love this hotel.

This has to be the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Lets start off by how tiny and dirty the bathrooms are. The shower smelled like urine and had mold and mildew everywhere. The room was very tiny with an awful view. The elevator made a terrible noise so we decided to use the stairs for the rest of our... More

Yuck this hotel was awful! What appeared to be black pubic hairs were all over the bathroom floor and shower. This hotel was overbooked for the night we had a reservation and they tried to bump us from our King Bed room into another hotel with a less comparable room. When we asked for a refund and to cancel this... More

Purchased via Hotwire which at less than half the standard rate was a bargain. I could understand someone paying the standard rate of $179 (and up plus 12% tax) being somewhat disappointed in the hotel. However, I found it very clean and had no problems with the room or the hotel. Free parking was another plus. The hotel did the... More

I stayed in St Pete on vacation with my teenagers in two rooms. The hotel was built in the 1920s and has been redone. The bathrooms are small, but are clean and stylish. There were two queen beds with in the room with ample space. The front desk was very helpful, even the night shift when I checked in at... More
