I stayed at the Palmcrest because a friend recommended it....they know the family. I loved the personal touch the owner went to in order to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this motel if you have a family! They rreally care and will go that extra mile and beyond. more

Strange little place. Only four rooms should have past AAA one star. Others had a double bed with a fold out sofa circa 1970. Not enough room for three adults. Furniture crammed in. nice motel right on the beach. we stayed in the gulfview upstairs room. clean & spacious great sunsets friendly people. close to everything. made reservations to come back in 02/09. very reasonably priced & family friendly. we would recommend to our family & friends more

Received extremely poor customer service when trying to resolve a reservation issue. Was talked to poorly and shown little respect in addition to being lied to. Will never stay here again. more

Places was average, but service is poor. Room service must refer to many things such as cleaning, not just changing towels every two days sometimes. My daughter and I have been staying at this same hotel, year after year, for 12 years. We love the owners, the closeness to the beach, the pool and the "like home" feeling from the owner Jack, his family and many of the guests who stay here. The Palm Crest is a nice little motel. The rooms aren't fancy but its clean, the pool is beautiful, and you are directly on the beach. more
