I've lived in Florida for a long time and The Lakeside Inn in St. Cloud, Florida has an old time Florida feeling with some new-fangled amenities. The rooms are clean, but utilitarian. Options are very, VERY limited in St Cloud. VERY limited. There are only a handful of places to stay and eateries and literally nothing to do there. We went to visit friends. I think I would have had a better time pitching a tent in their yard. People were really nice, place was clean but rather unwelcoming. Bare bones, no... More

If you are looking for some peace and tranquility during your vacation, not to mention a place that does not drain the wallet, this is the one for you. “Second and third trip to the lakeside were great”

This time we stayed on two separate coactions during our trip. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and economical. The setting is lakeside and beautiful. They have an on site restaurant that cooks good food breakfast, lunch and dinner. More
