This is an older hotel that has done a great job keeping up the hotel. Staff is great, beds as usual at Hampton Inns were comfortable and great to sleep in. Had a great view of the ocean from our 4th floor room. Nice balcony to sit and have drink or glass of wine with chairs and a table. Great... More

I wanted to watch the fireworks from a hotel room on new year's eve and reserved a room here, when I saw the lobby( nasty) I asked to see the room before paying...thank God I looked first. It was NASTY all over! I ran away from that place and you should too!!

The room was filthy for starts. Went down to the front desk to get some towels, but had to wait in line for about 30 minutes as there was a line of other angry guests venting their complaints. The pool was dirty and the so called bar/lounge was a plywood shack. Their website is phenomenal and it fooled us. Please... More

OK stay,Not a bad room but the carpets where filthy in my opinion and in need of a good shampooing,I was very careful not to drop any clothing etc on the floor & was less than comfortable because of this and it had a musty odor ,on second thoughts new carpets would be better I think. The place itself was... More

I was looking forward to this stay, it turned out to be lousy. I had to get maintenance to change the air filter, it was so bad the curtains above it were dusty white. There were hairs in the bathroom, with pee all around the floor of the toilet. When I booked I requested our comforters to be washed, when... More

The front desk staff were overwhelmed by complaining customers so by the time I checked in, the staff was frazzled. I was placed in a room that overlooked a parking lot adjacent to the hotel. It was dark dingy and smelled of mold. The hallways looked like a third world country and the furnishings were covered with a weird white... More

I have to say, when arriving at this hotel I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff. The coffee bar was always stocked with fresh brew and the breakfast was plentiful. One of the best things about this hotel was that it was right on the beach. Literally walk from the hotel directly to a beautiful beach. The sand was... More

Left this resort with 2-3 hours after checking in and went to Hampton Inn down the street. Towels in bathroom felt like sandpaper. Water in pool was green and warm. Door of hotel room looked like it had been broken into and fixed numerous times. The door wouldn't even close and lock. I had to call maintenance. This hotel was... More

My family and I stayed for a few days in this dump on a stop over from Disney. We loved St. Augustine, but will ABSOLUTELY NEVER stay here again!!! We were preparing to leave the room for a short outing one afternoon and I decided to leave my $300 Samsung tablet behind in the "locked" room. Upon returning to our... More
