This is the worst hotel I have ever had to deal with. They don't tell you about cancellation charges and they are very rude. If St. Augustine wants to keep it luster as a tourist location they need to close this place down. Again worst experience in history dealing with hotel management. No one should ever rent a room from... More

As a hotel brand goes Knights in isn't bad they are affordable wide spread and usually well kept. This location is the exception and you will see why the minute you arrive. The location is about the only good thing going for this place and likely the only reason it gets bookings. The front desk or lobby is run down... More

They charged over a hundred dollars for nothing worthwhile. Everything is so SOOO date. They carpets felt wet, the room had a strange smell, I'm assuming its mold. The real kicker is you can't really have any guest come visit you because the guy who runs the place calls your room and tells you he's seen to many people go... More

Yes, they reserved this hotel for us--told us they had a pool but.....the place is old and run down. It is not dirty, but it is not the place to stay unless you plan on one night and you will rarely be in the room. That--along with the price-- were the only bright spots. We ended up staying in the old... More

Poor hotel, the sheets were dirty and torn, it was dirty and worn out, it stunk and the air conditioning could not keep it cool so we were sweating on the old worn out beds. This was a anticlimax on our vacation so we are left earlier than planned. Not even worth the money

It's a very inexpensive hotel. It's a bit old; it's a bit worn. But it is NOT filthy or nasty. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The night manager was pleasant and helpful. If someone is going to review a hotel that costs around $55 as if its a hotel that costs $125, it's not fair to the owner... More

In it's heyday, it was probably a nice place. But it's time for an update! The worst part was the bed! I believe sleeping on the floor may have been better. Room was dirty and falling apart. I hope this review saves someone from staying at this place!

Roaches in the nasty room, at 9 o clock at night crawling over nightstand, left in PJs to desk to get another room, 102, horrible, lights don't work, bathroom hideous. Nasty, nasty tub. Demanded full refund and left to sleep on the floor in my new clean house. You get what you pay for, remember that. Thought I might have... More

Once again I checked out the room. I explained to the desk clerk that I have allergies and had checked out another Hotel and it had the smell of bug spray. She tried to pass it off as cleaning products. This room was fairly decent too. When I asked to check the room out she acted like I was going... More
