This is a moderately priced rv park located on St. Augustine beach. Because of it's location, I did rate it higher. The park itself is clean and quiet. The pool is super large and very clean. There are multiple beach access points which makes it great to spend a day on the beach, then walk a short distance back to... More

The title of my review is the best part of the RV resort. True to the reviews prior, it is a resort composed of mostly old park models. For the most part, the owners of these park models are not keeping up with maintenance. The RV lots are tight but come with a covered gazebo which is very nice. The... More

This is certainly not a resort. There are many park models that are very close together and not very well kept. Landscaping is terrible. The say they have wifi but it is virtually non existent. We tried for 2 weeks to connect and no luck. They charge extra for dogs. Large pool but not heated. Horrible bathrooms that smell and... More

Overall park is ok. The pool is large and well maintained. Great access to the beach, although you can't see the beach from any site because if the dunes, all the sites have good access. The sites are very small and can present a problem when setting up depending on your rig. The roads are terrible. They flood when it... More

We just needed a quick overnighter in our motor home on our way back up north on Thanksgiving weekend. Beach front was desired and was easily achieved. Our site was a good size for 35' with two slides. Easy beach access. Site had a lovely raised (up several steps-not sure how elderly or handicap would make it) and covered picnic... More

My wife and I have camped here many times over the past ten years. We bring our dog camping, and the beach is dog friendly, as long as they are kept on leash and the owners clean up after them. This is one reason that we like to stay at Bryn Mawr when we camp in northern Florida. We prefer... More

Actually stayed in 2004 .Personnel were helpful and friendly...we had 2 adjoining campsites with the showers and bathrooms straight across from us ..easy access. Spent an enjoyable week there with 2 other family member couples. Enjoyed both the beach and the large pool and talking with other friendly campers..found price suitable...Security guard was friendly and chatted briefly with us nightly... More

Been coming here since 1991 - a year after I was born. Family has come here since before that. It's one of a kind, nevermind some of the other reviews. Great beach. Big pool. Excellent atmosphere. Restaurants and town with shops and theaters are right nearby. Suitable for all-purpose trips at any time of year. More

We rented through vacation rentals by owner, (VRBO.com) unit number 63. It was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. This is a RV park, so there are some permanent sites with attached decks, and others where RVs come and go. Our unit could not have been cleaner or more comfortable. We loved the nearby beach and that it... More
