As others have said the bed is no pillow top. Its a hard mattress and the pillows are adequate. Its a typical motel style stay. Its clean and bug free. Do you really need more? You have to cross the street and a parking lot to get to the beach... maybe 1000 ft? If people complain about this... its fine.... More

Just an average motel at beautiful St. Augustine Beach, close to St. Agustine Amphitheatre. Rooms were clean and with lots of space. The price was very good for a busy tourist area. Hotel was located centrally for heading up to St. Augustine sights or down to Mantanzas Inlet area. The beach and pier are across the busy highway, but close enough to walk. The room had a couple minor cleanliness issues, but it was a roomy space and the bed was comfortable.... More

PROS-close to beach CONS- worst beds ever owner is uptight parking can be limited sometimes, I had to park across the street breakfast- nasty coffee,cereal, They didn't even have a waffle maker Bathroom door was held together by screws and did not stay closed Indoor pool is small and seemed dirty, not sure how sanitary it was.

Great price and great location, just across the street from the beach. Rooms were spacious, clean and the staff was very friendly. Within walking distance to alot of the shops and stores, and the Pier.

You can't go wrong staying here. Staff, room and the motel is just across from the park and the Pier we did not want to leave. Everything we wanted at good value. We almost went for a different hotel at 178 .
