We could only rate this Inn as average for several reasons. First and foremost, when we checked in, the Innkeeper never even introduced herself, never smiled, and basically showed us to our room. She did wait long enough to ask if we wanted her to make dinner reservations for us - which we did - but after she did that,... More

The Inn offers complimentary beer. wine, soft drinks and bottled water all the time. Normally at 6PM nightly, we serve port, sherry and cake. Those items are available until 10:30PM. Unfortunately a guest suffered a major medical emergency that required the innkeeper to transport him to the local hospital. Consequently, the cake was not served until 9PM when she returned.... We loved our stay at Peace and Plenty. The atmosphere is incredibly charming. Great attention to detail in the decor. Loved the sweet little touches, like the chocolate kisses in the swan holders and the sheep that acted as a 'do not disturb' sign and the added touches, such as the bathrobes. The cakes, port and sherry in the afternoon... More

My husband and I are from the Boston area and just returned from a two night stay at the Peace and Plenty Inn B & B. I chose this Inn after googling several B & B's in the area, it just seemed like the perfect place after watching the video of Court explaining the Inn. The Inn, our room, the... More

We had a wonderful time! We've been to St. Augustine many times, as we live a few hours away in Florida, we love this town! We were wanting to get away to celebrate our 20th anniversary somewhere special without the kids...and this B&B delivered just that! My husband and I were very comfortable in our spacious room, we enjoyed the... More

As I read through some of the other reviews, I felt as though they were describing a different place than the one we went to. We could find absolutely no problem the entire 4 days we were there, except that we did not want to leave at the end. The hostess was amazing. She was there whenever we needed her,... More

We stayed here for two nights as part of our three week discovery of the "real" Florida. On arrival our welcome from the owner was excellent and our accommodation in the converted cart shed/stables at the back was full of character although a little claustrophobic. A small tent attached to the stables was the smokers area which was not too... More

Not at all what a bed and breakfast should be. The Innkeeper was not there to greet us and never bothered to introduce herself in the morning. The breakfast was served cold, average at best (what was that little patty that looked like a breakfast cookie?) and late and there was no attempt to accommodate breakfast time. One chooses a... We chose this Inn based on the reviews, and they were on target. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We were close enough to walk to everything, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have quiet evening when we chose. Be prepared for rich and delicious delights for breakfast. We had a stuffed french toast... More

I was able to stay here for three nights a few weeks ago. I wanted to stay somewhere close to the plaza so I could go for walks at night and see the city all lit up for Nights of Lights. I'm very glad I stayed here. Ms. Glenna is a warm & hospitable innkeeper, who makes it all look... More

The Inn is on Bed and Breakfast row, extremely convenient to the Lightner museum and only a few blocks from the historic district. In addition the hop on/off train stop is in front of the museum and tickets can be purchased across the street. Rooms are cozy and charming. My friends and I had 3 of the 6 available and... More
