I absolutely love this camp ground! It's camping. It's a little rustic. Great location, lots of trees and the sites are roomy and private to shield from neighboring sites - which we love. It was clean, the staff was friendly. We enjoyed it and have two more trips booked.

Loved this campground! Unlike many resorts in FL, many of the natural surroundings are intact. Each site has plenty of privacy, a lot of tree cover and sand. Yes, we will be cleaning the RV for a week to remove sand but we chose this resort to be near the beach. When you are across the street from the Atlantic,... More

Let's start by first stating some facts--you are at the beach. There is sand, there is salt in the air, all leading to earlier degeneration of many things . We have stayed here several times and everytime has been a good experience. I honestly have never checked out the bathe houses so I can't say what they look like but... More

I really like this campground because if a couple of things. First, the sites are fairly secluded with vegetation between each site. Second, one end of the campground has a beach and the other and has a nice restaurant and bar. There also seems to be a cell tower on property so telephone reception is very, very strong. That said... More

We were recommended to this campground by a friend, and are so glad we went! The campsites are beautiful! Very shady and private. The location is great. We were right across the street from the beach and only a few miles from Historic St. Augustine attractions. Although the facilities are very clean, they do need updating. We would definitely come... We love the setting and location of this park. We have been twice now. Will not go back until wifi situation is resolved. Because I own a business, it's important for me to work on the road. That's impossible without Internet which I could only get occasionally for a moment at a time. No 4G either for my Verizon service.... More

We have enjoyed staying here and hope to return. The trees are old and create enclave like sites that feel very secluded. It's a quick walk to the beach or the river. There's also excellent restaurants located at the back - Aunt Kate's and across the street- the Reef. And Cap's on the Water is excellent- read my review. Publix... More

I did get a good level well shaded spot due to a late cancellation which I guess was a Class A, and I am a 24.6' Class C. Like look of old Florida when you enter the camp ground. Good fishing pier which is part of Park, and one adjoining that is a county park pier (both are free). Also... More

Just fell in love with this place! Lots of shade, roomy sites, and friendly staff. Free wi-Fi and cable TV. Nice little pier on the intercostal and easy walking distance to beach, which is off the main area so not all that packed. 2 nice little restaurants in walking distance. Pool is small and never found the playground but it... More

Spent two days at North Beach Resort and was pleased with the location and access to the river and the ocean but the campground and it's sites were in need of some TLC. The bathrooms even for campground standards were the worst I have ever been to and are in need of major updating and cleaning. Both days we were... More
