Hotel is basically clean and in process of being updated (particularly lobby). Easy to get to iff Interstate. When I checked in at night staff was helpful and nice. Morning staff left something to be desired. Didnt want to come out from behind desk. Breakfast items shoukd be replenished when they run out, but that didnt happen. Pool needs ckeaning... More

I was completely disappointed upon arriving at the hotel. I had booked it in advance and was shocked when I arrived. When going to our room there were 3 men hanging out by the door drinking alcoholic beverages in the middle of the day (obviously they lived there), the room was definitely not up to code and had a horrible... This place is old. We were looking for a pet friendly place to crash between meetings at the air port. Meetings ended at 10pm and started again at 8am, so we just wanted to crash. Not for comfort or vacation. And we discovered a nice new restaurant next door! Blondi's Oasis Diner. But back to the hotel. It needs work... More

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel through a website and we did look at the reviews and didn't find one bad thing about the place so we thought we were getting a good deal at a nice hotel. The day we got there there was a older woman who couldn't find our reservations and we kept having to repeat... More

It was dirty and had a bad smell, will not stay there again! It was a waste on money!!! Felt unsafe and ended up leaving early....stay away from this place!!!! The pool had a smell to it, the staff was unfreindly and down right mean. Did not even want to give us extra towels, no water pressure and the tub... More

Wouldn't stay here again. Only stayed for one night on the way to somewhere nicer. Hard to breathe cause of the weird smell in there. The lady at the front desk was not that nice either. Random noises all throughout the night. It was a little sketchy.

Just got back from our family vacation. This hotel was horrible! I booked two rooms; they were both musty, and smelled horrible. There were huge stains on the ceiling, hanging racks falling off the walls, fire alarm was off. Both rooms were dirty when we got them, they were not clearned throughly. Two nights in a row, we had a... More

Had a reservation last April 2013. After Check-In, we went to our room to find the beds completely undone and dingy sheets, reeking of cigarette smoke, a lock that didn't work properly, an air conditioner that had exposed electrical wires and a shower so filled with mold that I worried for my children's air quality. Needless to say, between the... More

Beds were uncomfortable. Felt like sleeping on a lumpy, hard floor. Very loud because so close to freeway. Was clean...I'll give them that. If you're visiting St. Augustine, do yourself a favor and splurge for a nicer room in the city.
