Stayed here for 1 night on our visit to St.Augustine, the location was ideal just over the lIons Bridge, low budget but a warm welcome and the lovely lady running the place was from my home town of Bolton, "small world" clean and free parking a. Bonus. St .Augustine is a lovely scenic place with lots to do jump on... More

Walkable to historic downtown via the Bridge of Lions. It is next to a bar and could turn some people off, worried us a bit at first but things quieted down at a reasonable hour. Rooms are very basic and if you're very picky it may prove not a good choice... but it is called Budget Inn. It was clean... More

Hotel is bare bones. The room was clean. The property is undergoing a lot of construction, but I can see they are trying to improve things. The property is located between the bridge from the Old Town area and Anastasia State Park. It would a bit of a walk but doable to walk to the park. Old Town is just... More

Came down for a last minute visit to Flagler because my daughter had been accepted trying to not spend much money, booked last minute through booking.com. The place looked sketchy but thought as long as it was clean we could handle it. Young man at desk was nice. Checked in then went to room to check it out. Disgustingly, scary... More

Service was quick, room was clean. No bugs. Shower was not kept well but it was a comfy bed. Still crt TV. Having a smoking room was really cool. I had the furthest away suite so I'm not sure if that's why but the wifi barely worked. It was unusable so that was a bit of a bummer.

Was in town for just one night and wanted something close enough we could park and walk around. This fit the bill and I enjoyed the walk across the bridge into old town. The hotel is older, probably built in the 50's, but the room was clean, the small bathroom was tiled and the hot water was hot. Wifi was... More

Reserved a room at the hotel through Booking.com two weeks before our arrival. On the day of the arrival I happened to check my email--our reservation had been canceled. The reason given was that there was a problem with the credit card I used to make the reservation. The hotel made no effort to contact me with the problem even... More

Our room was pretty basic, but it clean and quiet, which is all we really care about. It was a quick walk across the bridge to downtown, which beats searching for parking. It's also just a few steps away from some great restaurants (Candlelight South, Blackfly, O'steens, GAS Full Service). The free WIFI in the room worked well and the... More

Located just across the bridge from the Historical District and right on the local bus rout out to the beach. The room was mostly fine - what you would expect for a cheap place, but with one big exception. The place was crawling with roaches both small and large.
