the best place. our family stored their boat here. and we always had a fantastic time here at the pool and bar. great place to stay. even a good place to eat. the historic district is not far, and the beaches are not far. maybe 10 min drive to each.

We are a family with two school-aged kids, and we visited in July 2014. We wanted accommodations with a tropical feel, spacious room, and kitchen. The Conch House has a variety of rooms, from standard rooms to one and two-bedroom suites, which are almost like small apartments. We stayed in room #15, a one-bedroom with king. Bedroom and living room... More

Probably the most disappointing stay and have been there many times, It is our go to place. Room prices great, customer service great, room cleanliness so so this time. Parking lot is terrible... This will not hinder us from returning to the Conch House because of its charm and haven't seen a price increase since we have been going there... More

We stayed here for 1 week. Restaurant is great. Food and service are very good. Pool area is very relaxed except for the reggae Sunday. A few scuffles broke out after too much alcohol. Sunday is not suitable for young kids so get out of here for a few hours on Sunday afternoons. Rooms are very old and musty. Nowhere... More

We brought the boat to the marina for Reggae Sunday- which occurs every Sunday through the summer months. Memorial Day weekend was bustling with people and it was fantastic - music, goombay smash and plenty of sunshine- it's a blast. The staff was very accommodating and gave one of the pregnant members of our group free food rather than wait... More

This place has really gotten better with time. The marina restrooms have been redone and really look superb. The ship store is now open and has made many improvements and added several items for the boat captain. The pool area has been redeemed; it looks very nice. The resort seems to have a good grip on Rege Sunday now also.... More

Very convenient location. Great laid back atmosphere at restaurant and bar. Motel is quaint and nostalgic. Staff at motel very helpful with tips for visiting historic district and dining. Don't expect luxury...big on Caribbean like atmosphere.

The place is quaint and quiet (except on Sundays when there's reggae fest). We had no problem checking in and getting into our room. Being built in the 40s it's not the most up-to-date place but it's was cozy and nice for our honeymoon retreat. The Red Train Tours provides a shuttle into town. The grounds were nice and well... This place was a great find! Yes the rooms are older, but this is St.Augustine...everything is old. Our room seemed to actually have been updated fairly recently and was perfect for the two of us. The location and environment of the whole place is really what made it for us though. It is located just outside of the historic district,... More

Everything is soooooo miserable! Big room where everything is soooo old and outdated, broken blinds, old 70's furniture, and dark. Too much expensive. I can't believe we payed so much money for such a bad accommodation!
