Stayed here many times over the past 10 years but not for 2 years. There must have been a change in owners/management as the quality of this KOA has slipped. Spoty wifi, cable is snowy, landscaping used to be very well kept, street lights out. For the higher rates the quality is long gone...

We stayed here for 3 nights over the 4th July 2014 weekend. It was our 25th anniversary. The place is horrific. The lots are so tiny and close together, that we could look inside our neighbor's RV from the inside of our RV. Some kind of septic tank problems must be backing up into the bathrooms. We camped in 1000s... More

The sites are small, sandy/dirty, the concrete pads are in bad disrepair. There very uneven so bring your leveling blocks This KOA is located in the middle of the city, which remove any natural aspect as it’s sandwiched in between a rundown strip mall and a old housing development. you will Camp on top of your neighbor with no privacy.... The pictures on website are EXTREMELY misleading. The park is tiny, bathrooms and showers dirty or out of order. This place has over 100 sites, but only 3 washers and driers. The reason we chose this park was because the website said it has a dog park-- Kamp K9. What a disappointment!! It consisted of what seemed to be fenced-... More

This KOA is dirty, dirty, dirty. Cold showers with bathrooms that make gas stations look good. No amount of sponge paint is fixing a lack of proper care. The hook UPS are infested with wasps. The staff is unresponsive at best and the store does not keep its own hours. Drains don't drain and the pictures are largely exaggeration. Sad.... More

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Our rates do tend to be slightly higher than other campgrounds in the area but this is mostly due to the extra amenities and services we offer. Glad to hear we were conveniently located and hope you'll give us another chance one day. More

We stayed 2 nights in a 37 ft rv and it was just ok. Bathrooms are run down but we didn't need to use them so that was not a problem for us. A nice location...close to the beach and historic downtown. As long as you don't expect too much it will do for a night or two. They did... More

Worse part of the steady was the location. Website photos make it look more secluded. It is sandwiched between a trailer park on one side, a strip mall on the other, a fairly busy road with another strip mall on that side. Did not feel like camping at all. Constant cars passing. Staff was friendly. Cabin was somewhat adequate. A/C... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We regularly inspect all of our lodging for any issues and make sure that we use prevention measures against these very situations. While camping is an outdoor experience where you can expect bugs, we inspected your cabin prior to your arrival and after your departure without finding any 'fleas'.... More

Just stayed 3 nights at this KOA. The staff we encountered were extremely nice. The campground and pool was cleaned regularly. We took our grandchildren. They had paddle boats and little trike-type bikes and prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back.
