If you're visiting St. Augustine, the location is hard to beat. And, overall, it's not a bad campground. But, we had some major issues. Worst bathhouse ever. It was unairconditioned! In Florida. In the summer. 1 urinal, 2 toilets (with doors that if not closed when the last occupant leaves, prevents the door from the adjacent toilet from opening), 4... More

First of all I must say that I am biased against KOAs as they are typically packed in and commercialized. This one is a little bit better than some others however don't be fooled into paying extra for a water view which is a green retention pond facing the back of your rig. The wifi is so bad that a... You choose this KOA for its location! I could end the review here... but here's some more information. This location is minutes away from beaches, the historic district of St. Augustine, and Route 1 where you can find every convenience that one could think of. You are paying for the location and convenience. Personally I consider the walk to the... More

Tight backins. Nice pull thru sites, pond. Some grungy seasonals, we were parked next to a guy with graffiti on his trailer & two pit bulls. Nice pond. Restrooms were okay. Backins are up against fence with industrial area on other side ... Noisy commercial ac cycled on off all night. Good place for big rigs, not so much for... More

We had a great time! We pulled our 42 ft. RV with a car behind and had plenty of room to pull through. We also rented one of the cabins for our daughter, son-in-law and three grandkids. We didn't read the fine print about the no bathrooms or refrigeration in the cabins but it worked out fine. They accommodated us... More

This is not even your average KOA. I don't mind paying $75 per night for a camp ground, but this was not worth it. The sites were right on top of each other, not very level and the cable was snowy. We were just passing through but will not be back to this KOA. The one positive thing I will... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We appreciate hearing feedback from all of our guests and will do our best to correct the issue with the snowy cable that you mentioned. We had not heard any reports of that previously, but it is probably a quick fix with a bad cable line at the site... More

Well I cant say it was great, the site was tiny and the buffer in between was full of roots that we tripped on constantly. Our neighbor had dead trees that were wiggling when you bumped the tree trunk. We picked it because of the cable, but that didn't seem to function to well either. Lot of issues, but have... More

We have stayed in one of their cabins four times now. We really like this place. The cabins are right on there lake with a fire pit. We stayed there this time for Thanksgiving. We cooked our dinner outside and enjoyed a fire while doing so. The only bad thing about the cabins in no bathroom, but with careful planning... More

We went to this place because some friends were staying there. We have stayed at several campsites in the last four months and this place is certainly near the bottom on our list. From the start, the location behind a strip mall off a busy highway leaves a lot to be desired, the receptionist was very surley anything but welcoming,... More

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. While our location is located in St. Augustine Beach, we have a fairly large property with cabins along a pond and dozens of trees that provide shade and a quaint experience relative to the area. We do our best to provide a wide variety of campsites for all types... More

We were on our way back to the humid hot SW Florida after a week or two in the NC mountains. The campground was obviously in the off season slump of late September and we liked it that way! Everything worked and it was so wonderfully clean and quiet! Wifi is a big issue with us and it worked fine.... More
