We recently stayed at this Sleep Inn for a weekend in St. Augustine. We had 3 rooms, all on the first floor. Everything was very clean and nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable.. The price was very good. The breakfast was average with cereals, yogurts, bagels, toast, waffles plus juice milk and coffee. The front desk was friendly... More

Stayed here one night of our honeymoon and it was great! Centrally located close to the Bridge of Lions but still ON the island, we had access to EVERYTHING. Check in was smooth and the rooms were awesome. Modern decorations and comfortable beds. Breakfast was a bit skimpy but what was there was great. We had Biscuits and gravy and... More

We spent four nights here. Sat by the small pool for one afternoon waiting for a car. Very little shade there could have done with an umbrella or two, there was only one table. However, plenty of clean towels. Rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was continental mid week but cooked breakfast at weekend. Easy walking distance into town.......one mile,... More

We had a decent room when we checked in, nothing fancy, but clean. Then we came back one afternoon and it smelled like someone smoked a ton of marijuana in our room. It was so strong, when I packed my stuff I ended up getting a massive headache and reeked of pot. The room they moved us to smelled like... More

This hotel has the worst front desk service I have ever seen. When I checked in late at 11pm I had to ring the bell for service about 5 times? The night service desk person was outside smoking and could care less until he finished his cigarette? He then checked us into a room that smelled like mold and mildew.... More

Rooms were nice and clean. I was unaware that there were no bathtubs when booking but their showers are spacious and with big showerheads. Beds were comfortable. Slept well like at home! We did not eat breakfast here because we headed out early but it did smell good as we walked past.I read reviews that this hotel is within walking... More

Attendant was friendly check in and check out was very quick and no hassle. Stayed here 2 nights; nothing fancy but it was a decent cheap place for the area. I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. Even walked next door to play mini golf one night.

I actually stay only at Marriotts, but there no any in St Augustine. My first night I stayed at the Renaissance but was too far, so I looked for something closer. So I made reservations here but was concerned and already knowing I was changing hotels with big category difference. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I came early with my... More

We recently spent 5 days at this hotel and we were happy with the cleanliness, comfort of the beds, and staff. The room was spacious and it could have used 2 chairs since there was no sofa, I don't care to sit on the bed and the desk chair is not comfortable to sit and relax. The room has been... More

We made a reservation on line in advance. The gentleman who checked us in was sarcastic & arrogant, very unprofessional & unwelcoming.Definite lack of customer service skills. His name is Bud.(we saw the name tag).Needless to say,he did not accommodate a preffered location of the room, even though it was specified in our advanced reservation. He "assigned'' us a room in a very noisy location....
