Went there tonight after a long day of walking around. First impression is what brought me in. Beautiful place and service was outstanding and very friendly. Food was ok. I have a problem with restaurant throwing away food because of the size of the portions. Mahi-Mahi dish was very good, Grouper special was way over portioned. Fish was good but... More

We had dinner here the other night. The restaurant was pretty full for a Monday night. Once we placed our drink order, it took forever to get our drinks. We were charged $24 for two martinis that were at the best....average. I have to say their bread is delicious. The waiter said it was a vanilla honey butter that was with it.... More

We ate breakfast here a year or two ago and it was wonderful so I decided to try dinner this trip around. Very sorry we did. The soup was curdled or something: my husband's pasta and seafood dinner entree average: my drink was just not mixed right and did not taste well even with premium vodka: my salad was blah... More

The Inn is in a good location next to the Casa Monica Hotel and across the street from the trolley. The Inn has a restaurant where I ate the night I arrived. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. They have several rooms to choose from, the room I stayed in was very nice. It was small... More

Stayed on night and was very disappointed Location was great but it seems that the owners put a lot more attention on the restaurant than the inn. Rooms definately need to be updated and need some TLC. No temperature control in the room at the mercy of whatever temp they set it on. Haven't experienced that since Europe. More

My wife and I took advantage of their special Veterans' Day offer (11 Nov). One would not guess that we were paying far less than other guests. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the Inn - both were outstanding. First class location, facilities, meals, and service. I wish now that we had stayed longer - we'll fix that next time... More

Friendly, cozy, quaint, relaxed, even a bit quirky (in the best sense of the word) all describe the Old City House Inn. I will never stay any other place in St. Augustine! More

Once again my meal was top notch and the staff helped with every detail. Even walked me to my car with an umbrella in a downpour. I will continue to go there as long as my business takes me to St. Augustine. More

What a great small place to stay, Everything was charming. Great start with a warm welcome from Martin, rooms were perfect - clean with plenty of supplies (bathroom tissue, soap, lotion, shampoo etc). We stayed as 2 couples and sat out on the decking area with our drinks to wind down after a 3 hour drive....how pleasant it was....not forgetting... More
