I booked a suite on the third floor specifically because it occupies 5 people (so their site says) and because the room was "pet friendly". This room cost me, including the $50 non refundable pet deposit, $500 and some odd dollars for three nights. My bookings and conversations were by phone to the hotel manager, Shannon. She was nice to... more

Any time we get a report of poor customer service it is our greatest concern. We pride ourselves on doing our best and helping our guests in any way that we can. On the whole, we do get many compliments on the nature of our staff. It is really unfortunate for every one when there is a miscommunication. We all...

The location of Beacher's Lodge is probably the best thing about it. It's located at the southern end of St. Augustine, in the relatively quiet Crescent Beach area, and is extremely easy to find, even if you're not familiar with the area (I came straight down I-95, took the exit for US Hwy. 206 and it was a straight shot... more

My girlfriend and I chose Beacher's Lodge to stay at for our vacation to St. Augustine and we definitely made the best choice. We researched everywhere there was to stay in the St. Augustine area that was oceanfront and we narrowed our search down to 4 places. Beacher's Lodge, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn and the Castillo Real. We chose Beacher's... more

We live on the west coast of FL and were looking for a place in St. Augustine for a short getaway for our 1st anniversary with our 2 month old. I searched online for quite awhile because we were looking for a place with separate bedrooms and a full kitchen- condo style. I came across Beacher's Lodge and it seemed... more

Our suites are very cozy. A family of three should be just fine with an ocean front queen suite, four adults and you may want to take a larger king suite. We are up front about the size of the room - it's a one bedroom, one bathroom, and one living room with kitchenette that has a sliding glass door...

My husband, myself, and our (almost) three-year-old son stayed in unit 119. Overall, it was a nice stay. The unit was much smaller than I had originally thought. It consisted of a bedroom with one queen bed, a small bathroom, and a small living/dining/kitchen area. There was a pull-out couch, however, our son goes to bed much earlier than we... more

I had booked a weekend for my husband and I to spend a quiet and romantic vacation. It was not at all what I had expected and oh by the way since each condo is individually owned you will not know what you are getting by way of room style/decor/cleanliness until you get there. The room we had was terrible.... more

While all our rooms are decorated differently, we find that what one person doesn't like, another person loves. When it comes to finding the right suite for you, we suggest calling and speaking with a representative to find the suite that is just right for you. During busy holiday weekend, or with little availability, it is harder to switch a...

This is a hotel/condo is a great value. We had room 126, a first-floor king. There was an excellent view of the water - minus the beach. The desk staff called me by name both times that I was in the lobby and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and kept me stocked with fresh towels and linens. The beach... more

This is a condo hotel and the unit we stayed in was a 1 bedroom queen suite. I must state that it seemed more like a double bed than a queen bed. It was clean and had a nice small balcony to watch the sunrise over the beach. It's about 10 miles from historic St. Augustine. The only thing we... more

We went to St. Augustine, FL for a family Christmas vacation. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the view was awesome. My kids loved the condo, especially the big plasma screen T.V. We were able to watch the New Year fireworks from our balcony. They were shooting them off at the... more

This is a clean place. It is not the newest or most upscale that you will ever see. There are dogs on the property and the beach. Everything went well with our stay except one problem. My wife and I wanted a few days away in a quiet place after the rush of the holidays so we contacted Beacher's about a... more
