Unit 1410 was great for us - nothing fancy but for 3 BR, 2BA and the bonus of free parking in downtown St Augustine at their rental office, excellent deal! Just be aware - you will be looking at yourself all the time. More mirrors than a fun house. Overall, dated decor but nice kitchen - all the conveniences, great... More

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful, loved the beach, but BEWARE of the Property manager, Amy Troupin. Went to find out why the connection with the internet was shaky and cable kept going out, she couldn't keep her eyes off my husband. Constantly flirting with him, giggling like a child with a crush which was so unprofessional and... More

Room 1202, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sea view apartment, from pictures sent to us, a wrap around balcony with both a beach and pool view was expected however upon arrival, this was actually the apartment nextdoor, but we still had the most gorgeous sea view. All very clean bar some pans and slightly rusting steak knives. One issue was... More

We just spent a weekend at Colony Reef, unit 2401. Beginning with the positive I will say that the grounds, pool and beach were great. Our 4th floor unit was oceanfront and had a great view of the beach and dunes. The actual space in the condo was OK for 4 adults and 2 children. The master has a king... More

We recently stayed in 1102. It was on the ground floor like we like but the walkway to the pool is just outside the bedroom windows and gets noisy late at night. No parking near unit and too few spaces available for number of units. The view was of the dunes. Not really ocean view. It was clean and comfortable.

We recently stayed in unit 1302. It was beautiful with hardwood floors throughout, updated baths and kitchen. The furnishings were nice and the artwork lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with quality utensils, pots and pans, etc...no need to bring extra from home. Although we rented directly through the owner, Colony Reef does have a website that ranks condos bronze,... More

We recently stayed in unit 18B at colony reef Club. The unit was clean and the kitchen was very nice. We really missed not having a garbage disposal. The master bedroom was 10+ degrees warmer than the rest of the condo.Maintenance did have the unit looked at and it improved somewhat over the next few days. There are no ceiling... More

From the overbearing security guard to the constantly-failing elevators, this place needs a serious upgrade. The decor in our condo was positively 1980's and constantly getting in the way. The rooms were dirty and smelly. Location was fantastic. And as soon as you step off-property onto the boardwalk over-passing the wildlife preserve, you couldn't be in a better spot for... More

We stayed in unit 18B over the Memorial Day weekend. The property was very nice...clean, well equipped and comfortable with both bedrooms having their own bathrooms. Check in info was emailed prior to our visit with clear directions. Both Winn Dixie and Publix were only a 3 minute drive so that was convenient. It was a nice place for the... More

I stayed in a great condo on the pool level with nice beach view. Safe and quiet. Of course there are rules but they make the condo family friendly. The inside rental office takes good care of the rental condos that are under their management. It might be that someone rented from an awful agency that did not take good... More
