This is a great bed and breakfast. The staff is helpful and accommodating at this well furnished old home located in the heart of St. Augustine's old city, just blocks from Flagler College, the Lightner Museum, etc. Breakfast was superb each morning. The courtyard was over flowing with plants and plenty of furniture for lounging outside with a book or... More

Our first visit to St. Augustine turned out perfect, in large part because of the Casa de Solana. We stayed in the Montejurra room, filled with antiques, a beautiful four-post king bed, roomy bathroom with a two-person whirlpool tub, a fireplace and a balcony overlooking Charlotte Street. The inkeepers, wait staff and room crew, all very friendly and accommodating. And... More

Casa De Solana offers a wonderful elopement package called Falling in Love again. The inn keeper, Jeff Gordon, was the officiant who performed our wedding. Their lovely parlor was decorated especially for us and they were very open to letting us add our personal touches to make our day even more special. The vows were beautiful and we could not... Great location on the oldest street in the US - Aviles. Parking was convenient - a few block walk. The Breakfasts were outstanding. Enjoyed the porch. Could hear the music from OC Whites. My wife and I danced on the porch to the free music. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was uniformly welcoming and helpful. One nit-pick and... More

My wife and I took a three day romantic retreat here and everything was absolutely perfect! The breakfast was awesome and more gourmet like a proffessional chef was cooking personally for us. We also added on the horse and carriage ride which was a highlight. The young lady and her horse poo poo were both really great. There is so... More

We love Saint Augustine! The Casa De Solana is so beautiful. The woman who checked us in was so helpful and very nice. She really made us feel welcome! I believe her name is Lynn. We had an overall great experience and will definitely come back next time around.

Take care, and we'll be looking forward to our next chance to welcome you back to St. Augustine! Cheers, Jeff, Innkeeper More

My wife and I couldn't be happier with this charming bed and breakfast. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The location is perfectly located in the middle of St augustine. Walking distance to pretty much everything. We decided to rent scooters for a couple days and asked the receptionist if it would be possible for an extra parking tag... More

The inn was charming and the staff very accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and everything was in walking distance. Loved the wine in the afternoons and the breakfasts were scrumptious. My second stay here and I couldn't be more pleased. Particularly liked how accommodating the manager was with a problem we had. I'll be back!

My husband and I postponed our trip just to be able to stay at this B&B. The hotel was as charming as shown on photos. Unfortunately, the welcoming was terrible Lynn, the manager ( but also receptionist ) kept us waiting twice and was unfriendly and rude. It is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing. We will never come... More

Dominique, I can't apologize enough if you felt unwelcome at any point during your stay, and I'm so disappointed to hear that that was the case. While I feel sure that it wasn't Lynne's intention to make you feel this way, that doesn't change the fact that you did. I'll speak with her myself so I can better understand the... More

The room was quaint and clean. Would recommend staying on the second floor to avoid hearing the people above you. Walls are thin as is common in older properties. Breakfast was very nice with a great selection and so was afternoon wine and cheese. My disappointment was with my first impression. Upon arrival, there is no where to park except... More

CloverZ, I'm so sorry to hear that your first impression soured the rest of the experience for you. I can completely understand why you'd be put off -- there's no reason anyone should've spoken to you like that. You can be sure that I'll be following up with our staff about this to see what was going on there. In... More
