I found the B&B to have historical charm. The bedroom we stayed in had a cozy fireplace with a lovely view of the courtyard. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway and can't wait to go back soon. more

This was our first experience at a bed & breakfast and I was a little apprehensive, but as soon as we arrived we were carted off to our room by a young girl who was delightful. The room was lovely, just how I had imagined it would be. The front desk was knowledgeable and informative about the attractions in the... more

My husband & I went for a weekend and took my parents. It was by far the most enjoyable vacation we've had and soooooooo relaxing. The staff are so attentive & friendly, their recommendations for eating and what to see was great. Casa de Solana is a place like no other, we cannot wait till our next trip to St.... more

My husband and I frequent St. Augustine often.... this is a fantastic bed and breakfast! The location is great, the rooms are unique and very clean considering the age of the place. We actually got to see every room in the B n B.... the top three in our opinion are the Montejurra Suite, the British Suite and the Confederate... more

We spend a weekend in St Augustine every May and have stayed at numerous hotels and B&Bs over the last ten years. Lately we have stayed at St Francis but thought we would try Casa De Solana for something different. First the bad then the good. I had a couple questions before our trip and called the Inn but only... more

My wife has been to b/b's before but I have not and I was very unsure of the whole thing. I must say it was a delight. Upon arrival the parking is a little difficult because St. Augustine is all one ways and parking is very challenging. If you are expecting to pull up in front of your inn and... more

Oh ... my ... god ... this place was amazing! I have travelled cross country and back NINE times, always in search of thee place, and boy I found it at the Casa De Solana! I stayed in the Minorcan Room and found it to be one of the most charming rooms ever. The chilling stories from the Innkeepers were... more

I've stayed in this Inn several times and am never dissappointed in the quality of my stay there. Besides having clean, comfortable rooms, I always get one with a balcony and hot tub, the staff here are friendly and very helpful and breakfasts are always tasty and plentiful. One of the things I really like about this Inn is it's... more

My husband and I decided to take a spur of the moment trip to St. Augustine and thought it would be nice to stay in a bed and breakfast since we enjoyed the St. Francis Inn several years ago and wanted to try a different place. I looked at many places and decided on this one because they were having... more

We stayed for one night on our way further south but thought a stop in St. Augustine would be nice to see the historic attractions. The location is great - very close to everything and I knew from reading other reviews to expect the parking far away. What I wasn't expecting was to be told after a very long day... more
