Our stay at Agustin Inn was fantastic. Unlike many bed and breakfasts we have visited in the past, the breakfast is phenomenal! The breakfast staff are friendly and the rooms are quaint, without being stuffy and overdecorated, and comfortable. Most importantly, one can tell that it is a small, family run operation, and when we visit we feel as though... more

Please make your reservation now! We almost didn't book here because we made the mistake of reading every single TripAdvisor review and nearly let an extremely negative person make our decision for us. By now we should have known not to listen to any negative people! Our trip was wonderful! The room was excellent! We stayed in the Emperor Room.... more

This was our first B&B and what a great experience. We left the Agustin as husband and wife. Our private ceremony on the front courtyard was an intimate setting for my new bride and I. The staff assisted my wife before the ceremony and were so very helpful afterwards. They booked a carraige ride for us and took pictures. more

We returned to Agustin Inn for our honeymoon to just relax and decompress from the wedding events. We stayed in the Duchess Room; we’ve also stayed in the Camelot before—but it was booked this week. Our trip was Monday through Friday and the Inn was not full during the week, so that was very nice actually. We thoroughly enjoyed our... more

My husband and I have stayed in several of St. Augustine's B&Bs and the Agustin Inn has been the best overall experience so far. The location couldn't be more perfect; steps away from St. George Street and only a block from the fort. We had a chance to peek at several of the rooms and they were all gorgeous. We... more

The Agustin Inn was the best B&B I have ever stayed at! My Room, the Winsor, was perfect. Comfortable bed and very clean. Breakfast was out of this world. Personally staying at many other B&B I had my share of the house breakfast. By far this was the best. They also had Fabulous baked good every afternoon! Everyone was very... more

I recently stayed here with my husband. We were a little bit scared after reading what some of the reviews mentioned. I think the price is a little high, but it was very clean, nicely remolded, decorated and great location (with in walking distance to all attractions). Breakfast was wonderful, it was very original and the flavor was wonderful. Coffee... more

My husband and I stayed at the Agustin inn recently on our vacation and the best part was leaving. When we arrived the Inn Keeper told us that we had to drive to the parking location 3 blocks away and carry our luggage with us as though we couldn't leave the luggage in the lobby until we returned. Needless to... more

We wanted to plan a lovely trip for a New Year's Eve quick getaway to St. Augustine. I have been to St. Augustine and stayed at several B & B's, but after doing some research, the Agustin Inn had the best price for the holiday weekend. We wish we had paid more money to stay somewhere else! We booked the... more

Agustin Inn had just come under new ownership two weeks prior to the reviewer's stay. They were the first guests to stay in the Excalibur room since taking over the Inn. We were aware that the room is small, hence the low price, but not aware of the issues with the hot water. We have since had a complete overhaul...

We have been coming to The Augustine Inn for over 8 years and have seen it through other owners but by far the new owner is bringing it up to a 5-star standard. Being in the 5-Star Hotel Business , I am giving this Inn the 4-stars it deserves. Food is wonderful with beautiful presentations, staff is VERY acommodating and... more
