Our visit to St. Augustine was made that much better by staying at the Victorian House. We stayed in Marcy and was just what we wanted. We loved the tub in the middle of the room and the bed was comfy! The owners were especially accommodating for our food intolerances and made us delicious breakfasts two days in a row!... More

Excellent B and B. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great, and you can't beat the location. Easy walking distance to all the shops. An added benefit we found was at night you can sit on the porch and listen to the live music at OC Whites. Staff was very helpful and polite.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Victorian House 4/3-4/5. Soooo glad we stayed two nights. We stayed in Pauline. What a cool room! The private entrance was very nice. The large comfortable porch (elevated) right on the street was very unique. It was fun watching the tour trolley's and horse drawn carriages go by. You could not ask... More

We came for a two night visit on a recent trip to FL. Picked this B&B based on tripadvisor reviews and they were spot on. We scored a parking space by the house (but they also have a remote lot) and left our car there the whole time. Anthony the host said no need to use the car, you can... More

We spent Easter weekend at the Victorian House. The room was small, but comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious. The owner was available, friendly, and very helpful. There is wine each evening, and Amaretto as an aperitf later. We had interesting conversations with many of the other guests. It was a good weekend with our son and daughter-in-law.

Great overall experience. Staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were qaint and location was perfect. The only negative would be the quality of the mattress we had in our room. I think it was the hardest mattress I ever slept on; must have been an antique! Overall great experience, just next time ask management for a better mattress, or... More

We went down for a weekend wedding that was spectacular but I am reviewing the B&B. First, we were delayed (thanks United) and arrived about 5 hours later than planned but Anthony was ready for us. He greeted us warmly and brought us into the nicely appointed dining room. Anthony shared his vast knowledge of the area and provided us... More

The husband/wife team were so friendly and accommodating. The Inn was in a beautiful residential neighbor hood full of old homes, gardens and small cobblestone streets. But it was only 2 blocks from the bay and restaurants/nightlife. I wanted to spend hours on their porch!

Just returned from a 4 night stay. Anthony and Marilyn are wonderful hosts. Pretty room with lots of windows. Small but adequate bathroom. Great relaxing front porch. To die for breakfast. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I said for a long weekend. It's close to historical downtown, which is the only nice thing about it. The shower does not stay warm/hot for very long. The decor is not my favorite and the bed is not that comfortable.
